Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Never had any issues til now, I stay maybe 5 minutes away from this location I stop when I get off work. When I was driving home it smelled like something was a little burnt. So when I got home to unwrapped my burger this is what I got on the bottom bun

Whenever I go to the area, my family and I go to this Whataburger. We usually just go through the drive thru and park in the parking lot and eat in our car since we live kinda far and the food would be cold by the time we get home. The service has been great every time. Our orders have been correct. The meals we get are delicious. (Whataburger with cheese, no pick, no tomatoes.) Since they have had the limoted edition cups for $2 that you can add to your order, we have been getting those. And we use them at home all the time. The drivethru is a little tight and we have had to wait for our food just a tad bit longer than we wanted to.. (it was worth it) But overall, this Whataburger is great and we will continue to go there. (I will update if anything changes)

This was my 1st visit here. I had a problem with the Whataburger App. It showed an offer, listed twice in July with no expiration date, for a Free Side with Purchase of Patty Melt, but I couldn’t access and use it. No problem. The Manager, Naureen Asad, did what good managers do. She acknowledged the problem, and took my order which included a Free Side of Onion Rings. They were delicious. Then I realized it was after midnight, so I ordered breakfast to go.

Breakfast on a Bun with purchase of a Breakfast on a Bun. I think the man who took my order, Ralph, was the late shift overnight Manager. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Just like the previous Manager, Naureen. Maria and Ashley helped me, too. Thank you all!
JULY 25 UPDATE: A friend & I ordered in the drive through. It was very busy. I knew I had time to go inside and use the restroom. Both Naureen & Ralph were there. I thanked them for their excellent customer service last week. Kattie helped me tonight. Once again, thank you all!
AUGUST 1 UPDATE: I had a problem with the app. Naureen & Maria helped me. I had a coupon for a free Pico de Gallo with the purchase of fries & drink. It was all good. A shout out to Kattie, and everyone in the kitchen.
AUGUST 8 UPDATE: Today is Whataburger’s 75th Anniversary / Birthday. They’re offering Whataburgers for 75 cents if you have the app. I do. I added some onion rings, too. Jovan & Naureen greeted me. Jovan took my order. Kattie was in the kitchen. They were very busy. Happy Anniversary / Birthday Whataburger!
AUG 12 UPDATE: Ashley took my order. Tae cooked my food, brought it to me, and visited for a couple seconds. Ralph & Kattie were just leaving. I had a coupon for a Free Breakfast on a Bun with purchase of a Breakfast on a Bun. I had 1 sausage & 1 bacon. They were good as always.
SEPTEMBER 10 UPDATE: Jovan greeted me with her smile & always positive personality. Then she took my order. Today I got a Double Meat Whataburger FREE with the purchase of medium fries and a medium drink. Jasbinder approved my special substitution request. Thank you! Naureen, Maria, Deantae, Jagmeet, and Big Niecy were also here.

I have been there a handful of times at night because that’s what time I get home from work. And for some reason, they can never get the orders correct. I order a burger, they give me a sandwich. I order a Coke, they give me a Dr Pepper. I order onion rings, they gave me fries. I order two apple pies, they give me nothing. I order no onions, and everything has onions when I get it.There hasn’t been one time where they don’t give me something incorrect or miss something at the drive-through. They also take 10-12 minutes of us waiting at the drive-through, (at the actual window) for them to hand me my order. Sandwiches cold all the time, ice melted on the drinks, and missing food. That place needs more training or better stuff. Either way it’s bad every single time.
The picture attached is of my sandwich that is supposed to be all avocado sandwich with no onions. Instead, I got some sort of special sauce, no avocado, and definitely onions. Who knows what that is.

My eggs were green/gray. I did not eat anything after that one bite. They had to have seen them as they were cooking. The girl that took my order was doing the drive through AND delivering to the waiting cars in front. Need more hands for the morning shift.

For one it’s after 6:00 a.m. and the inside is closed so I have to go through the drive-thru. I do doordash and there is only one person in front of me and I end up getting my order 10 minutes late and then the lady doesn’t put it in a sealed doordash bag. When I asked her why they didn’t put it in the bag she tells me that this is how it is and I tell her no I’ve been doing this for a long time it’s supposed to be in a sealed plastic bag. Smh there’s a way to do stuff and then there’s a way to do stuff how you want to do it which is not the right way. Don’t understand this location’s issues that I’ve had for years
