Yum yum yum! We had an incredible dining experience thanks to our server, Lee! From the moment we sat down, Lee made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. They were friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations especially for drinks and the crabs (which was phenomenal). Our glasses were never empty, and everything came out perfectly timed.
Lee’s positive energy and professionalism really stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find service this consistently excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Lee every time! Thank you for making my sister in law’s birthday amazing!

A group of about 10 of us went to celebrate Mardi Gras. I appreciated Brandon for giving us separate checks. Moreover, they included a tip of 18 percent, not 20. When I arrived, our complete party wasn’t there. So I got a hurricane at the bar. They were $5. It took a while to be seated. Plus there was not much happening though it was Mardi Gras. The only zydeko I heard was in the bathroom. I ordered fish tacos. They come with a salad and a side. I ordered a Caesar salad. It was good but I don’t see why it has to be spicy. Instead of getting fish tacos, I received shrimp. I didn’t bother complaining. The corn was Mexican style, with cream, and just a bit spicy. Parking is really tight. I had to park at the center next door where Palazzo’s is. BB’s didn’t have anything going on for Mardi Gras. Too bad!

Restaurant was clean, we only saw our server when he took our order, brought our drinks and our food- no check ins, we had to ask a different server for our check and then overheard workers discussing who even had our table and still waited another 10 mins before getting the check… the fried shrimp was bland (husband said the cocktail sauce was the only good thing); 10.99lb for crawfish is ridiculous for the size that was served, Brussels were still crunchy, the pineapple sausage just tasted like reg sausage; the dirty cajun rice was literally white rice with salt&pepper- the best thing about our $80 tab were the fountain drinks

Service here has always been great.
Had the pleasure of having Gerland take spectacular care of me tonight.
Their chicken & sausage gumbo (with extra chicken) is my favorite.
Along with some sides in their famous Tex-Orleans sauce.
Their appetizers are pretty good as well.
their fried pickles are great, i always appreciate the slices over the spears and how crispy they are.
Today was a refried beans & sausage queso dip
Wait time is never usually a issue they have a pretty great space to work with.

Came here driving through Houston late at night and even still the service was excellent alongside the food. Didn’t get pictures of everything but we ordered the Tex-Cajun fries that are plenty filling despite being an appetizer, shrimp gumbo with a half and half po-boy, and the redfish etouffee. All delicious and not long of a wait at all either. They have some fun non alcoholic drink options too which is nice, the cucumber mint limeade is nice and tangy.

BBS has the best crawfish in my opinion! I absolutely love the Tex-Orleans flavor. The red headed wompus cat is superior! My server, Alexis was great. It was pretty busy inside, but she made sure we were taken care of. We also enjoyed Larry’s customer service and how sweet he was to us.

Jamaya was a great server at BB’s Tex-Orleans and honestly made the whole experience better. She was friendly from the start, super attentive, and really easy to talk to. She knew the menu well and gave solid recommendations that we ended up loving. Our drinks stayed full, everything came out right, and she checked in at the perfect times without hovering. Even when it got busy, she kept a positive attitude and stayed on top of things. Great food and even better service—would definitely come back and hope to get Jamaya again.
