No issues here. I take my 3 yr old son around to different play places. This one was average size and clean. It had a pretty nice, big slide. This play place was basically a set of steps up to the slide. He had no trouble climbing up.

The women I see who make the food at the 2nd window are super nice and great at their job.
But today the woman that was working the drive through speaker was super rude to me.
She interrupted me telling her my order and told me she was going to charge me extra when I never got anything extra. I ordered a sugar free vanilla coffee in the app, -no syrup, -no cream, and then asked at the window for half the amount of syrup they usually put in and to give me the cream on the side.
(They usually do 6 pumps. I just wanted 3. The app only lets you change it to none or extra)

I asked what extra she was charging me for and she said:
“The syrup”
I explained that the drink I paid for comes with syrup. I still paid full price, I just wanted less than 6 pumps of syrup. I order it black so they don’t have to remake the whole drink if they finish it before I tell them.

She went silent for a min and I waited.
Then she, super passive aggressively said: “Yeah, If you’re done you can pull forward”.

I work 12 hour shifts and this is on my way to work, and now I feel like I can’t go back because I don’t want to keep having issues. I don’t know what to do.

Since the McDonald’s game has starte, I’ve been going to McDonald’s to play the game. Every single time I come by for breakfast in the Drive-Thru they never give me a card for my large drink. Going into the lobby they never seem to pay attention to the counter. And this last time which is today I told a lady about it had my bag and my drink with me and she looks in the back and just walks away and doesn’t help me. Doesn’t come back and doesn’t get help for me. There are very few in the morning that do help. And it’s usually the two blonde girls. One that is always running food to the parked cars and the one that is on the register in the Drive-Thru. A lot of others just don’t seem to care about how the food and coffees are madeband doesn’t pay attention enough to give out the cards for the large drinks on Monopoly. Today my food was perfect but also the coffee drink wasn’t made right barely has any cream. And that is usually how it is for my morning runs to McDonald’s. When everything is great at this location it’s great! But a lot of times it’s not which is why I feel like leaving this review.

The drive through line was too long so we went inside to order. Nope, they only allowed inside ordering by kiosk only. Ewww, that thing is disgustingly filthy and gross. Plus it takes twice the amount of my time than an employee using they’re machine. I don’t want to do their job. They don’t want customers. Chick- fil -a is across the street. They instantly waited on us, had the food out fast, accurate, and it was delicious.

Honestly probably one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever frequented. You will get parked then get cold food almost always. Never had fresh fries from here. Had a big Mac once that had no lettuce or sauce on it. Most recently got a double quarter pounder meal. Again parked. Got cold fries and a bag dripping in grease and a burger that looks like a kid made it. Serious one of 2 McDonald’s I will never come back to. Gave them enough chances and nope. Waste of money and the employees could care less if you say something about it.

Do you not do drive through any more? It doesn’t matter if you order a single sandwich or food for 4, you will guaranteed have to park off to the side and wait for them to walk over your food. Idk if they are just trying to clear orders really fast to meet some quota or something, but it is super annoying

I would choose a different McDonald’s if possible, Manager on duty the night of 12/7/25 was rude and not helpful, he didn’t offer any refund and wouldn’t take the Grinch meal back after not having the main seasoning that makes the meal different in the first place. I didn’t want to pay extra for a plain 10 piece nugget. They sold me a meal on the app that specifically said it would have the dill pickle seasoning and failed to deliver it or take it back/ refund. Also during the monopoly promotion this particular restaurant didn’t give out the requisite monopoly pieces it was supposed to. Only had this issue at this location.

This McDonald’s is worthless. NEVER gets an order right but its the only one near my house. Last time, they forgot my fries with the $9 meal I paid for. This time…I ordered the SPICEY crispy sandwich….got the regular. Thank God I had left over Raising Canes sauce to rescue this bland sandwich.
They need a total employee overhaul including the manager.

First i couldn’t use my rewards at the restaurant, then a manager on duty tried to talk down a customer. He asked for a refund and he refused. After I ordered myself I payed extra for bacon and didn’t received any.
