Stopped in for a mid morning meal and it took a few minutes to get seated. They were busy so that is understandable. But we were blessed to be served by a lovely young woman named Katherine. I visited IHOP this morning with hopes of enjoying their Atlantic salmon, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The salmon was undercooked, that is unacceptable. I made three attempts to call the location to report this issue, but was unable to reach them. While I understand that things can get busy, there is no excuse for such oversight in food preparation.
Additionally, upon arrival, I was informed that they’re out of broccoli and was offered a fresh salad instead. However, when I got home, I discovered that the salad was anything but fresh, it contained darkened, wilted pieces, clearly of poor quality. The red skin mashed potatoes were disappointing too, as they tasted as if they had been refrigerated and quickly reheated in a microwave. The flavor and texture were far from satisfactory. As for the french toast, it was passable, just okay. This level of service is disappointing, especially considering the cost of dining out these days. When customers decide to treat themselves, the least a restaurant can do is ensure that meals are prepared properly and with care.
I have had better experiences at this IHOP location, unfortunately today was not one of them.

Disappointed in the unprofessional response I received regarding my complaint. Having an owner simply ask to copy and paste a franchise information link to obtain more information (which I did collaborate with) instead of addressing my concerns directly shows a concerning lack of customer service. Furthermore, the subsequent lack of follow-up from both the local franchise and IHOP corporate demonstrates a disregard for customer feedback. This dismissive approach not only wastes customers’ time but also reflects poorly on IHOP’s reputation.

Dirty tables, received cold food. I asked to get it warmed up she offered a new plate of food brought it out and the egg were barely cooked? Got a 3rd plate and received over hard eggs. It’s not very hard to cook over medium like I originally asked for. She talked to the manager to get the meal comped and they took the eggs off? After being there for over 2 hours while my family was done eating and I’m on my 3 rd plate because of their mess ups?
Also had a piece of bone fragment in my food as well as pieces of ceramic from a broken/chipped plate. Highly suggest going elsewhere for breakfast/lunch/dinner

We had the best service from Juan, he was very attentative. He even complimented our tattoos. Made us feel like we were friends, not just patrons. There were ALOT of children so the noise was very loud, but that’s not something they can control.

Had a great breakfast experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Naidine! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our food was prepared correctly. Our food came out hot and quickly, and she checked on us just the right amount. She made our morning start off great!
