Ordered the Double fish meal and the fish patties were hard around the edges. You can definitely tell they weren’t fresh the fries were cold and the orange soda tasted like seltzer water. I only go to this location because they are normally good. Tonight was a great disappointment.

Im glad I sat in line for the guy to stutter his way thru the ladies order in front of me for 10 minutes so when I pull up and the clock changes to 1030am and I ask if i can order my food and He says no because its not breakfast. Well maybe it would be if you could do your job. The fact I come here everyday and just that interaction I will waste an extra 10 minutes everyday to go to shooting park road in Peru to spend my money since they can take an order thru an intercom without holding up the entire line for 10 minutes then tell me I cant order my food because of your slowness. The amount of effort it must take to work a McDonalds intercom has to be up there with rocket science right?

Visiting from out of town and y’all were out of one of the donuts, but the staff handled it professionally and promptly without any issues. Everyone was very nice and apologetic to the item that was unavailable. Way above average service for what we see in similar McDonald’s locations

I want to thank Cody and his crew this morning. I had a mix up with my order he said he would refund and make me another sandwich. He did that and even offered me an O.J. This is why I come to this location. Great Customer Service. Wish I could give them 100 ⭐️. Thanks again.

Have been to this location twice now, both times the service has been great. However both time my order has also been stale and cold and this time my order was also missing items. Maybe it’s different during peak rushes but outside of peak hours food seems like it’s just been left in the warmer to die.

I came in for breakfast today at 9am almost no tables clean there was French fries everywhere almost every table had fries from the previous day under the table and cigarette butt as soon as you walk in the door. The bathrooms was horrible both toilets was stopped up. took 25 minutes to get coffee because they had run out. If I was the owner and I walked in I would walk the Manger around and show them this make them clean it how it should be then show them the door. it’s sad these day nobody takes pride in their work and they are lazy and want to get paid for nothing.

Thank you 2/17/24 this Mc Donald’s is the cleanest store in the area for mile and miles there store was very clean and bathrooms were clean this says alot for me I rate this location !!!!!! 5 stars out of 5 thanks !!!!!!!for being in our community Mc Donald’s big shout out to the cashier Katie and staff as well for all there hard work as well as the person that maintains and the upkeep of this location it’s very impressive and welcoming upon arrival and entering I’m here 2-3 times a week for lunch so I enjoy the cleanliness and fresh fast friendly service good job lady’s and gentlemen !!!! Also Best French fries in the mid – west Hot and fresh to order I was there around 11 am and the grease is fresh as well I can tell they taste amazing thanks keep up the good work .

Hands down nicest, kindest workers at any McDonald’s, they were changing shifts and the food still came out almost instantly and hot. The employees arriving were just as happy as those leaving, must assume they work for a fantastic manager
