Hostess stat me in the bar and the bartender took my drink order as soon as I sat down not giving me a chance to look at the menu, I told her I need a minute to decide and it took 30 min before someone took my order. When my food did show up I waited another 10 minutes just to get silverware. The ribs and potato were good but the Cesar salad was soggy and the steak had no color. I understand things don’t always go smoothly especially in a dinner rush but the place was empty. I was never offered a refill or asked if I would like another drink, in fact after I asked for silverware not a single person came to my table. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here, what happened guys?

I ordered off the Outback Steakhouse website so it could be delivered. 8oz Victoria Filet is the best steak on the planet to me. So tender and no gristle throughout the entire steak. Baked potato is delicious along with the Bloomin’ Onion. I ordered the kids steak and fries for my dogs to enjoy. They agree! Outback is our only place for steak.

I’d like to highlight a star server. Summer was an impressive associate! Many times good friendly customer service is rare. Another key compliment is her knowledge of the menu items. The blooming onion was spectacular and the drinks were amazing, while I enjoyed my perfectly cooked medium rare ribeye I would be remiss if I didn’t mention not receiving my extra side of sour cream for my baked potato that I requested and while the meal was good overall my wife’s pasta dish with chicken and shrimp came out with all the shrimp completely raw and when mentioned the waitress gave us a bill still including the entree even though it wasn’t consumed or asked to be replaced. Roman was an amazing person and even better bartender and the manager took care of everything as soon as asked but I willl think twice before going to an establishment that charges $100+ for raw shrimp and a fried onion for two people in the future.

It has been a while since I have visited this location. Wow is all I have to say. My daughter and I had the 3 course meal option and the steak was perfection. I honestly was not sure what to expect but it was not this. We will for sure be coming back. Sat at the bar and the bartender/waiter was top notch. I highly recommend this spot.. HINT HINT get the wedge salad, I was blown away.

Exactly what I expected. Service was trash. Got all of my orders wrong in some form or fashion (wrong soup, wrong cook on steak, bad tea, etc.) At least they offered dessert ♀️. The chili was the most notable part of our meal. Nice n spicy, no beans, tender tomatoes, good chunks of steak.

Outback continues to provide a excellent and also tasty experience. The steaks are always cook to perfection, and the expression of flavor flows so perfectly on the taste buds. I love the grilled chicken sandwiches just the same. Everything is season so perfectly and it expands the flavor beyond anything you could ever imagine. I totally recommend this place, and Wednesday is totally great day to come with the special they have going! Check it out!

Came to the area for the last Cowboys Preseason came and was craving steak.
This location was close to my hotel so I trekked over.
I walked in and was immediately greeted!
I had the pleasure of having Alan waiting on me during my visit. He was very personable and even liked chatting. I am a talker!
The manager stopped by and was very pleased to know that his staff had been exceptional and that I had noticed how clean this location was! I love when managers take pride in their business.
My food came out quickly and was delicious! Steak was cooked perfectly and potato had plenty of butter. I ordered carrot cake to go and it is one of the best I have had. ( thank God no raisins ) oh, they even do a virgin version of their shark drink so of course I had to have one.
When in Irving, go visit the crew at this Outback.
