I paid $25 for a pink burger, I couldn’t even finish it because it was inedible halfway through. We were 2 out of 4 customers in the entire store and it was over an out before closing, there was no reason for this kind quality. The other burger was soggy and dripping in oil. Absolutely never coming back for their burgers again.

This was my first time trying Shake Shack. I heard it’s a specialty on the East Coast. It was quite tasty, but a bit pricey. Still, I think it’s definitely worth a try! The cashier that day was also very friendly and chatted with us for a bit. I was a little tongue-tied, so I hope they didn’t think I was rude.

I ordered take out from them and received a black grilled cheese+ some decent onion rings.
I tried a bite of the sandwich and it tasted fine I guess but it was literally black and sticking to the paper so I don’t think I would ever go again
But the onion rings were okay and I wish I could’ve had them again

We actually love Shake Shack – the burgers, the bacon cheese fries… even the smashed pathetic looking grilled cheese! (Looks sad, but honestly tastes good!) Our shake shack experience dates back to the original in New York, and so it’s a place that feels as much like going-back-home, comfort food as anything. But it is pricey for what you get. This one in Third Ward has fast service, consistent with Shake Shack taste and style. Plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, can watch sports while eating. Street parking if you can find it, and lots of great shopping in that area. We tried the cherry blossom shake this last time and it was delicious!

Today I had my first ever experience with Shake Shack and I must admit I am thoroughly impressed. We were there right at open time and it was such a balm going inside with air conditioning. The music was a little loud, but I imagine it’s regulated by corporate so I don’t fault this location at all. I ordered a burger and fries and half/half custard. Little every single bite was a delight. My husband ordered the chicken bites and fried pickles and it was 10/10.
Edit. I also wish to say that I appreciated the clean restrooms and the water cup station for patrons (I forgot to bring my reusable water bottle into the city with me) but the water was fresh ice cold and clean! And I love that they use paper cups!

Shake Shack was ok! It wasn’t anything incredible and it was a little too pricey, but it was still tasty. Think slightly fancier Culver’s for us Wisconsinites. The shackburgers were pretty good, I enjoyed the avocado bacon, and the brat burger had a good brat and a good burger but were hard to each together because the brat was hard to bite through and so it just came out with your first bite. The cookies and cream shake was good, and I tried the Thai Tea shake which… strangely… tasted like orange cream with a hint of Star anise. Not sure why it tasted that way, but it wasn’t really Thai tea. Also, you have to order fries separately, which makes it $15 a person easily. But overall, it was ok!
Also, we went on a Thursday night and it took 3 loops around to find a parking spot. There is free street parking after 6 PM, but it fills up really fast.

I have pictured Jack, the restaurant manager at the time of our visit, because he did something I see very little of and it was a constant hustle to make sure every customer was well served. The only time he stopped moving was for the picture. Only got a fraction of a second from Jack for the photo.
Menu is simple, but diverse and the food was delicious. This was our first visit to a shake shack and we will be back.
Clean cared for restaurant with great food and great service from all.
We were delighted.
Kudos to Jack and his staff.

I had an issue with the website and my order was rejected. Without considering what happened, if it was the system or my user error, a manager apologized for my experience and made it right. Immediately. I waited a while for the food, but the great communication and quick action on their end made me feel valued. Great service, period. We will be back.

Being in a wheelchair, it’s sometimes difficult to get to some places. The shake shack was worth the journey. I went for lunch yesterday with my mother. Once I rolled in the worker instantly asked where I’d like to sit and accommodated by removing a couple chairs so I can just pull up in front of the table. And they did this when it was a seat yourself facility. So they went out of their way for me my mother and my wheelchair. Bravo to them. I ordered The bacon avocado burger. Patty 100 percent beef cooked to perfection. Toppings as fresh as just picked from the garden. Fries were a crispy crinkle but not to crispy. Being on Dialysis 3times a week I should not be eating things like this but it was a cheat day. Hey I won’t tell my Doctor if you don’t. LOL. It was well worth it. Seemed every bite was more mouth watering than the last. I washed it all down with a large Sprecher root beer excellent addition to my meal. They of course had shakes many varieties but what some don’t know is that they have non-dairy shakes for those that are lactose intolerant. I recommend the shake shack to everyone. You must try a burger from there with fries and a shake. Also have vegetarian and vegan options.

This place calls out as bar food. Stopped here sobering up after grabbing a few drinks at an event downtown. As expected, surrounded by a young crowd on a Thursday night. Have to say my shack stack Burger was amazing, though could just be my state of mind. Albeit be a little expensive at $11. They directed me to a tap to get some water. Have to say it hit the spot as a fallback for the samosas I wanted down the street who closed early.
