I visited Wyoming Ale Works the night before my birthday in November 2025. I should have ordered a beer and a burger but instead I got a glass of wine and chicken piccata.
The wine was bad. It tasted like the bottle had been open for a few days and had turned. I should have sent it back but I didn’t because I didn’t want to mar my evening.
The chicken piccata was fine. I had never had chicken piccata before and I can’t say it was my favorite chicken dish.
I should have had a beer and a burger because I have a feeling those selections would have been more satisfying.
The highlight of my visit, along with the wonderful service, was that the ladies at the table next to me heard me tell my server that I was there to celebrate my birthday…. and they picked up my check. Whenever I’m in a restaurant and cops walk in, I always anonymously pick up their check. For somebody to pick up my check, it blew me away how kind it was. Now I know how cops feel when I pick up their check.
I will come back to Wyoming Ale Works next time I come to Casper and I will have a burger and a beer. Very nice venue. Exceptionally nice service and customers.

Ordered from door dash and they forgot my Ruben. I reordered for my sandwich on door dash. I eat here alot usually the Ruben is what I get. Something was wrong with this sandwich… one side was normal ish the other side looks like they chewed it up and put it back on my sandwich. And they side that was grossing me out was also soggy.
To add to this we order the chip and chorizo queso and its generally a group sized amount of queso this time is very small
this was overall a disturbing experience not sure what to think of my sandwich. Seems far fetched, but not impossible. I am not eating it out of caution and disgust. Family also agrees this looks chewed up.

This is one of my favorite places for dinner and lunch. For Americano it is the best in town. It has a variety of price points as low as $15 a head and as high as $40 or so, but it is always worth it. Their rewards program used to be very generous, but the newer one seems less so and seems to be overly complicated for the staff to put in for you, which is a shame.
Still this is my go to place when the wife wants the best.

Our waitress was very unpleasant and didn’t want to “run around” for us. I ordered the steak salad and choked on the first bite of my sirloin steak as it is incredibly chewy. My son ate the rest of the sirloin from the salad and choked as well to the point I had to medically assist him while he was choking. I am beyond angry. I posted a picture of the steak and how fatty and gnawed on it is. This is part of the piece that my son choked on. Please people do NOT order the sirloin here. You’ll probably end up dead. Also, the beer cheese soup is beyond salty. Would be very delish without the plethora of salt.

Delicious food, good gluten free selection, which is extremely important to me. They could definitely use help in the service department. Long wait to be seated, even longer wait to get a drink and food order put in. It also gives a horrible impression when you have a table with 2 employees sitting at it, in uniform, and your server stands there talking to them instead of acknowledging the tables around, and their needs. And then you witness one of those employees hit their vape pen at the table. My review just went from 3 stars to 1 for that alone.

Atleast the food was good for what will likely be our last time coming here. We are generally 40% and over tippers….. if i dont sit for 10 minutes without being acknowledged…..several different times.

We love to find new places to eat… especially not chains. This was a great find! The menu was easy and has a lot to offer. Service was great and food came out fast, hot and plentiful. Would recommend. Sorry didn’t get pictures until we were halfway through our meal…

Came from out of town, the wings were the best part but even those looked undercooked. My server was busy so I understand but I saw her walk past our table three different times after we got our food. She finally checked up on us once we needed a box. The food needed so much salt and pepper that I felt like I should have just cooked myself Shin Ramen in my hotel room and it would have had more seasoning. The pasta noodles were overcooked the burger was underseasoned and the bison chili was so sweet from the tomato taste that it would have made a better topping on a dessert rather than a burger. Spent $65 for two people, save your money and find somewhere else.
