I had a great experience on a Saturday for brunch! Excellent service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. I recommend the Bacon Brussel Sprouts, Pug Side Breakfast Burrito, and the Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned. I’d definitely go back to try other items. (I parked on the street at a meter.)

My New Favorite Brunch Spot!

First time at Pig & Sprout for brunch and I’m already planning my next visit. I started with a boozy cocktail, because brunch rules are brunch rules, and the 2 Nuts and 1 Cup was absolutely incredible. Smooth, creative, a little dangerous… and yes, I fully understand the two-drink limit now. They’re definitely protecting me from myself.

The food? Next-level. The Meat Candy was everything you want it to be; sweet, savory, and irresistible. But the true star of the morning was the Brisket Poutine with brown gravy and sunny-side-up eggs. Absolute perfection. Temperatures were spot-on, textures were balanced, and every bite felt like comfort food elevated to its highest form. The vibe inside is great, warm, fun, and energetic, exactly the kind of place I want to settle into on a weekend morning. The staff was genuinely welcoming and made me feel like an old friend instead of a first-timer.

Pig & Sprout is officially my new neighborhood favorite. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and go now. I can’t wait to become a regular.

If you want to eat here, make a reservation. They have a variety of options for everybody. We actually did not end up eating here because all of the tables were reserved and there was only bar seating. Nice ambiance, kind of loud music which might make it difficult to have a conversation with someone that you’re not seated close by. From what I saw, the portions are small.

Normally really like this place. Paid $20 to pick up my brisket poutine fries and it had little to no fries and NO brisket! it’s was really just a lump some of cheese with little to no sauce. This was the first time I was very disappointed in my order. I let messing with my food trying to find any protein. Also pick up took a good 10 min even though my food was ready as there was only one person helping tend to people and no one to host.
This photo is literally after a bite or two and it looks like half the meal is already gone. Taken no more than 5 min after receiving food. I’ve posted much better reviews in the past normally super good.

Nothing special to be honest. It was a hot July day and we needed a break from walking around downtown. Another place that will only sell beer by the pint. Pay for a full beer but only drank half. Would it kill you to do an 8oz pour.

Awesome pub. Made me feel like I was back in England. They have tons of cask ales, something you don’t often see, and they are done very well. They have a full selection of bitters (super fun!), and their porter is absolutely top notch. The inside bar area is small but they have a huge covered and heated tent connected to it, food on site (I didn’t see any vegan options ), and a great outdoor seating area. Lovely place to have a pint.

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint! We kicked off with the Brussels
Sprouts and boy they were fantastic! They have a bacon and a vegan option, we had the bacon and it was great! So delicious! We ordered the chicken wing (buffalo was spicy! Yum) and the Denver omelets. Both were very good and portions were perfect! The drinks were great, and a full bar with TVs too. The walls are lined with private booths that are quiet and you can hold great conversations! Highly recommend!

What a great little spot for some very good food!

This place was recommended by the staff at the Hilton Hotel across the street, so we decided to check it out! Definitely glad we did!

This was our first time here and we were sat right away! They do take reservations, so if you’re not sure, call them and ask just in case, always safer than sorry because I can see this place getting pretty busy!

The atmosphere was the first thing that I enjoyed! Although it can get kind of loud if there are multiple large groups, it was still manageable. Just a heads up though about the potential of it being loud if it’s busy.

The drink menu was full of great options, I highly recommend the Strawberry Jalepeno Mule!

Menu was very well organized and simple- they had a side for meat options and a side for vegan options. Easy to read and follow. The food we ordered from the meat options was very good! Our server was very nice, friendly, and attentive! I highly recommend trying the Meat Candy! Although I wish there were a few more pieces of pork belly, only because it was that good I wanted more! I ordered the Carnitas Tacos and he ordered the BBQ Mac N Cheese. The tacos were very yummy with a good portion of meat for the size of the taco. The mac n cheese was also a good sized portion and had a good ration of pasta vs. meat, which was nice!

Dessert menu was also good, I ordered the Pistachio Tartufo because I had never had this before, highly recommend it! It was very yummy!

Overall, we were very happy we came here! Service, food, and atmosphere was great! When we stay at the hotel again, we’ll definitely be walking over here for a bite to eat!
