Stopped by Burger King for a quick family meal to-go and grabbed a Whopper and Royal Crispy Meal. Solid picks as always—classic, satisfying, and fast.

But what really caught my attention?
The Coca-Cola Freestyle touch screen soda machine! Never seen one like this where I live. You can mix and match flavors with just a tap—Coca-Cola Tropical? Yes, please.

Great for a quick stop and cool experience if you’re into little tech surprises during your fast food runs.

We came in as a family to eat in the evening on February 7 2026 my kids wanted to play in the kids play room but we were told it was closed for the night. My husband was waiting for the restrooms to reopen but he was then told by the man with tattoos and tall man with glasses that once the restrooms are cleaned, they are going to be closed for the night. SERIOUSLY, how lazy can these workers be to deny customers the right to have customers kids play in their playground, and deny customer to use their restrooms, isn’t their responsibility as BURGER KING WORKERS to clean up after customers, it’s what they applied for, and oh yes, we did not eat because we already felt like we were already being denied service. I hope Burger King corp sees this and looks into this issue.

DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE!! Rude staff!!!

I just went through the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The employee we interacted with was extremely rude and showed a noticeable attitude throughout the transaction. I ordered a shake and onion rings, and when we came to pay, she didn’t greet us at all. When we asked if we could use Apple Pay, she agreed, but she gave us a very judgmental look, as if questioning whether we could pay.

I handed her cash, and when I politely asked for a sauce for my onion rings, she abruptly shut the window. Even when I asked again while receiving my change, she closed the window on me. The behavior was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.

Customer service is a fundamental part of the experience, and if someone isn’t willing or able to provide it, it reflects poorly on the establishment. Unfortunately, this interaction has made me decide not to return.

I also agree with other comments here—it seems like many of us have had similar experiences. The staff definitely needs to be retrained or changed. I felt that, because we weren’t Native American, we were treated poorly despite paying for our food. This behavior reflects badly on the restaurant, especially since many tourists from around the world visit. Please take steps to improve customer service and treat all guests with respect.

Excellent services and foods meet the standards. Very clean floors and tables. The service crew was fast and efficient. Lockae was multi-talented as he would do the cashier, floors and drive-true. Lockae should get the best employee award as we saw him doing the burgers when we were leaving. We were so impressed!

Stopped for a quick lunch. We were in 28 foot motor home not towing. The parking lot here is very tight for vehicles like ours. We found it easier to drive into the massive parking lot just to the east of the store and walk in and order. The restrooms were clean and the employee who waited on us seemed to be distracted but she was friendly

A Manager, i think, got my order wrong and was very rude when taking the order and correcting the order. No apology or anything. If youre spending $30 bucks on basic fast food, at least have a friendly manager.

Yuck. You need employees that treat people with respect . Was just there. 9/12/2025 5:30pm This bigger lady with crazy eyeshadow was EXTREMELY rude. We got our food. She didnt even say hi. She just shoved the food at us and shut the door. She didnt even say ‘ill be right back with your drink..like MOST people do. My bf thought she forgot to give us a dr pepper because we were sitting there for a good 3min and she raised her hand at us. He said oh i’m sorry I thought you forgot our Dr pepper. Of course we thought she forgot. 3 minutes for a drink? And nobody behind us? But she rudely looked at us and said no. She gave us our Dr pepper. Slammed the door shut. And said something at us. Poor customer service. She definitely needs to be trained. Never have I ever went to any BK with disrespect she had given. Do better.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this place. The staff seemed completely inattentive to the needs of the customers and, when approached, they were dismissive and downright rude. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, their attitude made the visit unpleasant. Good service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately, this establishment failed on that front. I would not recommend it.

Very unprofessional staff. I was waiting in line to get my food, and they skipped my number. When I pointed it out, they said they had already put my food on some tray earlier. I said I was still standing in line and no one called my number. They did the same with someone else’s order too. They gave me my food, but I had to wait extra long, and the whole thing was very annoying. There was also no apologies, just suspicion and irritation.
