We’ve been to this restaurant many times before just at different locations. Gonna need to say this was the worst BW’s We’ve have visited. Wait to be seated is ok but we waited there probably 5 minutes before anyone even came over to greet us and seated us. Place wasn’t busy either but not dead. Few of the items didn’t show up when all the food 1st came out. This was brought up to the waitress and of course we asked for it to be delivered. Half way thru out meal we asked again and like the 1st time she said ok it will be right up. Well we ended up needing to have 2 extra side & 1 draft beer removed from the order. These never even showed up. She asked if we wanted them to go instead. Nope just removed them and bring the check back. The Speedway BW’s we’ll never visit again.

Not sure who answered the phone at 9:30 pm but she needs to be taught how to handle guest issues and learn to be respectful. Very rude as she answered the phone we did not ask you to apply or work there for there to be an attitude when talking to guest. As a manager I would be disappointed.

I went a little bit past noon. The service was great! I have fish, shellfish, peanuts and treenuts allergy and the lady brought out the allergy chart to make sure it was safe to eat there. She triple checked as we order and even said she’ll let the cooks know to rewash their hands. That is amazing I tell you. I cant express how grateful and how much gratitude I have for service like that <3 (09-29-2025)

Ordered dry rub all flats wings, received wet honey bbq mostly drums. Also ordered buffalo chicken dip and received fries instead. The only thing right was mozzarella sticks but EVERYTHING arrived cold within 20 min of ordering.

I’ve ordered from here twice in the last month or so. One day the fries I got were so over done that most of them were hard. I ordered a 10 piece today with points I saved up and got home with the order to find it was only a 6 piece. I get both of these things are something I should check at checkout, but I shouldn’t have to either. This quality is ridiculous.

We ordered pickup (delivery would have been over $12 with delivery fee, convenience fee and tip). Our order was on time and the young man behind the counter was pleasant. Got our order home and our “boneless wings” were merely chicken nuggets. The sauces were OK, but the dry rub wasn’t even ON the “wings”, but, in a container. The $4.99 chili lime slaw was a HUGE disappointment. I’d say there was about 1/4 cup of slaw for our 5 bucks (picture). Barely enough for an child, much less a grown man. I’m sure their original wings may have been better, but $24.99 for 6 boneless (not really wings but nuggets) and 6 original wings (really only 3 wings, cut in half, because a “flat” is only half of the wing and a “drummette is the other half… Not TWO separate wings), fries and slaw is a bit pricey. For that price, I’ll just make my own and have a dozen WHOLE wings for far less $$.

I ordered on line. When I got there to pick it up, the cashier was nasty. Barely spoke. The food was the worst, I got the 25 wings special. It was horrible. The chicken was so dam little. Look like they just poured the sauce on it. My fries and chicken was cold. How you not have carrots and celery for hot wings. I asked for bleu cheese, they gave me ranch. It was just $25 wasted. Gave that mess to my co worker, he did t even want it. DO BETTER B DUBBS

We ordered it for delivery and they left out my 1 1/2 year old daughter’s entire meal and half of my 5 year old son’s as well as the topping for all 4 slices of cheesecake we ordered. Overall they left out almost $40 worth of food from a $120 dollar order. I called the store to replace it and they doordashed replacements that took over an hour to get to the house due to the driver deciding to make multiple stops before getting us the replacements. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a special valentine’s day treat for my family.

Advertised open until 12 am. We entered at 1015 pm after a Pacers Game. It was December 23rd. They refused to seat as they were closing early due to the holiday. There were many other people still eating in there but half of the chairs were up. I feel like if that was the case it should have been advertised. Seems like COVID style excuses to me….very disappointing.

Possibly the worst restaurant, from a kitchen standpoint, I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world. 2/3 of the ingredients missing and took two attempts to get the rest. Also extremely slow. Staff were nice enough, but took almost 10 minutes to acknowledge and take drink order at a nearly empty bar.
