This was our first visit to the area which is stunning and felt very safe. Always a bonus! We fancied pizza and luckily got a window table here despite the place being chocka (like everywhere, definitely book if the rugby is on!). The service was lovely and it’s a good spot to relax. Good to see it’s dog friendly too with plenty of space between the tables. The food was ok and decent value. My pizza was a little floppy in the middle but quite a good pizza either way. Loved the crust! My only gripe was I didn’t realise the chicken is halal. I probably wouldn’t have chosen if I’d noticed but it wasn’t until I heard someone mention on the next table. My fault as I didn’t read the menu properly. Also worth mentioning the discounts for students and would definitely visit again.

We hosted our child’s pizza-making birthday party here and had a lovely experience. Gustavo and Gustaw were very friendly, helpful and great with the children. Even with more than 10 kids, everything was well organised and everyone was fully engaged.
The pizzas looked lovely and tasted delicious, and the takeaway boxes for leftovers were a really thoughtful touch. The private room downstairs was perfect for a children’s party, with plenty of space and a great view of the pizza oven. Highly recommend.

I went here for dinner with a friend who was visiting from North London. The pizzas were delicious, and the service was hot and fast. A special thank you to Sylvie, who took such good care of us. Her smile brightened our evening. I’m a chef myself, and from what I observed, she was very attentive and attentive to all the customers. We’ll be back soon.

The pizza here was something of a disappointment given the pedigree and reviews.
Many people rave about this place but it didn’t get the result on this visit.
I was the only diner here, as you can see, and I was served something that appeared undercooked a little and was very wet in the centre.
The dough, as you can see from the crust, was undercooked, in my opinion.
Ingredients were nice as they were hyped on the menu. Still, I was not blown away, I’m afraid.
Service was great and faultless.
This is also an attractive dining room.
Coffee was very good.
Has good disabled facilities, including a lift.
Again, a job to make good pizza is what it is, and this may have been one bad one, but alas, this was way below compared to other options like Napoli on the Road and Crisp Pizza.

Hamdi was the best server we have ever experienced. We don’t normally bother to leave reviews but he was so good we had to say something here in praise of him. He was so warm and kind, went out of his way to give us a wonderful meal out together and even ran down the street to catch up with us when he realised we’d left a bag there.

The pizza was very fresh and tasty. Kus gave us good information about the pizzas since we were vegetarian and we went with his suggestions which was delicious.
Definitely order the Tiramisu. It was homemade and super fresh.

Had a lovely time visiting the other day and would recommend if you’re looking for a bite in Richmond.
We ordered our pizzas and to our surprise, the chef shaped them into hearts! My sister and I have currently been grieving and this was such a nice and unexpected gesture. It definitely brightened our day. Thank you!

I visited at Richmond’s site after years and my experience at this place was amazing especially the service given by Alejandro which made the experience that much more! The service and food were great 🙂 Would definitely recommend to visit Richmond site.
