Workers are very outgoing and busy. Just would’ve wished empty tables were cleaned but I ended up cleaning it myself, no big deal. The worker that greeted my family made the atmosphere 100% enjoyable especially as my first time at this restaurant. Friendly people who come to eat here too!

It’s not that Culver’s does not have actually really good food or about terrible service, but that it’s just so darn expensive for such small portions.
We ordered two double burgers that ended up being over $20. I tried asking if getting combos would be better money wise, but the person behind the microphone had a difficult time understanding what we were trying to ask, so we ended up just sticking with the two sandwiches. They were good, not great, but not bad. However, the patties themselves were smaller than the bun itself and that’s with TWO BURGERS. It was disappointing and unfortunately it will probably be a good while before we stop by again. It’s just not worth the money like it once used to be.
Quick positive mention, their new pepper burger had amazing flavor. If you haven’t tried it yet, please do, especially if you enjoy the spicy pepperiness from black peppercorns.

Ordered a shake, a Sunday, a small fry, and cheese curds. Sat down and waited close to 15 min. Sunday melted, curds multiple empty shells and fries cold. Horrible experience head to Cains down the street or any other place around..

Kind of disappointed. Came for the Dark Chocolate Decadence flavor of the day. Monday Oct 20th about 9:10pm. I love Culvers Dark Chocolate custard but, this was definitely regular chocolate custard. The color was too light for Dark Chocolate. When I asked the staff they assured me this was Dark Chocolate Decadence and the color was just really similar to regular chocolate custard. It tasted like regular chocolate custard. Really this was so disappointing.

Okay, last time I tried to be understanding when I got home and they forgot the 3 ranch (that they ofc made sure to charge me for and told me were there) as well as my onion rings. We tried again today a month later. The. Burgers were terrible. Burnt and almost none of the toppings. Here’s my $8 double burger. A single grilled onion and pickles. I payed for multiple other toppings. It’s just disappointing since we usually like Culver’s, I am not sure what is going on either because they were not busy at all.

Very clean, nice staff, good food, and when they make your food wrong even when you are very specific about what you want on it because you have allergies and will get violently sick if you have it. They were apologetic and got me the right food very quickly. It was also then 1 of our best experiences with the food after that.

Elijah was taking our order and he did amazing. He accidentally broke the plastic cup but got another one so it wouldn’t leak. He did an amazing job and taking our order and also bringing our food out. He should definitely get a raise.

Service was outstanding employees very helpful & polite. Tried the vegetable burger & it was very delicious, it is very soft too. Sooo enjoyed it. Also had the roast beef sandwich Have to let them know if you need ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise because they have behind the counter. My sister had the quarter pounder with bacon & cheese curds so delicious. They opened at 10’30am we had to wait a few minutes before opening but well worth it. They have handicap parking & entrance plus drive thru. Bathrooms were very nice & clean

After waiting 10 min to place my order, it took more than 20 min to get my food. Most Culver’s are busy however this location appears to be poorly run. The manager was assembling all the food orders while he had people standing around. He was also yelling complaints to kids working drive up about order exceptions. Bad atmosphere and lots of unhappy customers watching this fiasco. Should have gone to Chick-fil-A.

Served undercooked bacon. Sent back and it was even worse. I ask for crispy bacon every time at this location and get normal standard cooked bacon. Never crispy. This time they could not get it right at all. Service has gone down. Many issues on our most recent visits. May need to drive to the other side of town moving forward.
