I recently wrote about a roach in my hotdog. Pictures posted. Corporate never responded, so I went back to the store for a refund. Showed manager the pic and his response was, “I don’t know where that bug came from, but it didn’t come out of here”. I asked are you suggesting I picked up a bug and put it there for a free hotdog? He stated, I don’t know where you got it from but it wasn’t from here. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NASTY PLACE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was served raw chicken! I contacted them via social media and left multiple requests with corporate to return my call. The manager was also rude when I advised them my chicken was raw. They did not offer me a refund. However they did give me another order of chicken which i did not eat!

Stay away, stay away. I should have known when I pulled up to drive thru late on a Friday night and there were barely cars in the drive thru to keep it moving, but no I decided to order. The cheese Krystal’s were not even cooked thru or maybe they were old but all the meat was gray and bread super soggy. The pic speaks for it self.

Is it hard to give the proper servings? This is most simplest thing to do. Fill the cup up with the proper amount of grits. Grits are cheap as it it, but to not make it look like the picture as mush as possible is just ignorant. The workers want $15 an hour though….
The breakfast scrambler is good though!
I also agree with a previous reviews that the manager really needs to change her attitude, but she assumes every person of color is lying about their order when they screw up. She told me that I couldn’t get the extra large drink with that combo, after I told her to charge me al a cart and I’ll pay extra. Still tried argue about that. I was like are you serious lady? Fix her or change managers!

We went to the drive thru and a young man told us that the drive thru was closed due to staffing and we would have to come inside to order.
Well, there’s not a Krystal near where we live now, and even though it was raining and we were tired….we really needed some Krystal’s. IYKYK
We went inside and there were two young men absolutely busting their tails to make it happen behind the counter. One was flipping, dropping and dropping pickles like he was on a mission. The other was communicating so clearly and professionally and with good humor that it really didn’t matter how long it took for us to get our food.
It was a delight to watch young men willing to work and able to communicate effectively.
Kudos!
(Another young woman came in to work just as we were getting our food. It was clear that she had hustled to get to get there, and she didn’t start hustling when she stepped behind the counter ana started taking orders immediately.)

Worst Krystal in Atlanta metro area if u can avoid plz do at all cost it’s a waste if you time n day they actually need to close this place I literally sat In line for n hour behind one car bc I’m trapped in the drive thru the doors are always locked I drive trucks In the area Covid protocol been lifted so why aren’t the accepting customers horrible service atleast give us a new owner n new crew

The food is always what it is good you know what you’re getting. I am currently sitting in the drive through I’ve been here for 15 minutes total since I arrived at the order speaker the woman proceeded to tell me to hold on 3-4 minutes pass I order the line is moving slow I get to the window and proceed to watch the woman taking the orders who took my payment laughing and joking around with the other staff which is completely fine but while I can see my bag in her hand as she continues her conversations. I just want my food and I feel like you have a line full of people the joking can wait until later. That’s all a total of 20 minutes to get fast food, kind of sucks.

So it seems like this is the only krystal that won’t make my krystals fresh without onions. They would rather just scrap off some but what if I have a allergen to onions? The customer service here is unacceptable.
