It has become our norm that whenever we get food here (which is becoming less and less frequent) they always mess something up. From leaving off half the order, to giving me what appears to be someone else’s order despite having my name on the receipt, etc.
The crew is always polite and quick to apologize, assuring they’ll rectify it with a voucher for free food or by comping the meal that was incorrect/incomplete.
But in actuality the follow through is terrible.
In one case they took my details to give a comp meal at a later date to replace the meal since I ended up waiting so long for them to replace what was missing. When I came to redeem that they didn’t have the details and therefore didn’t have the comp.
The most recent experience I was doing a curbside pickup and when the employee finally came to my window after 20 min he was looking for someone by a completely different name. He told me he’d check on mine and when he came back he tried to tell me I put the wrong vehicle information so my order was given to someone else. But not to worry they were remaking it at no charge.
An additional 20+ min went by, during which the crew inside called my phone to tell me they were still working on it.
I asked what they were doing to make it right since at this point I really wanted a refund to go get food from somewhere else. I was assured it would be comped and there would be no charge for the meal.
A few days later I still see the charge on the card.
Which I guess is whatever since I did eventually get the food ordered after roughly an hour.
Either way though, if I bother with Chick-fil-A in the future I’ll probably be making the drive to a different location since I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this one.
The line wraps around the entire restaurant, and instead of leveraging the second lane in their drive thru, they leave it closed. Every other CFA takes advantage of the second lane, why not this one?
It just ruins the entire experience.
Every time I order, online or in person, something about my order is egregiously incorrect. Whether it’s a spicy/original mixup, forgetting a topping, or just not placing portions of the actual order inside the bag at all.
The employees are unhelpful at best and rude at worst when confronted with mistaken orders. Are
The parking lot is abominable. Hardly navigable.
And to top it off, ordered on the mobile app, paid for the food, got there, and the restaurant was closed at 8:40pm on a Thursday night. No notice on the app.
After visiting this chick fil a for four years, this is a summation of consistent experience. I cannot recall one time that I have left this establishment and thought to myself, “Wow! What a great experience.”
Please fix this.
Great service and fresh food right before closing time. The chicken tenders were juicy and the sandwich was perfect. It didn’t smell funky and plus my waffle fries were fresh.
