Chick Fil A? What happened to your service standards? Upon entry into the building, we quickly noticed the floor, trash, crumbs, everywhere. No one was wiping tables, walking the cafe offering assistance, or anything that we have seen in the past. It’s unfortunate that the service is declining. And it was not even busy at 4:30! It took 30 mins to get our done in order and we had to find the wipes to clean our own table. When they finally brought the food, they forgot our drinks and Mac n cheese. No my pleasure or anything. My kids didn’t even want to play on the playground as they knew it hadn’t been cleaned either. Very terrible experience. We will not be back.

While I’m a fan of Chick-fil-A as a whole, this particular location seems to be one of the worst run examples I’ve ever experienced.
It has become our norm that whenever we get food here (which is becoming less and less frequent) they always mess something up. From leaving off half the order, to giving me what appears to be someone else’s order despite having my name on the receipt, etc.
The crew is always polite and quick to apologize, assuring they’ll rectify it with a voucher for free food or by comping the meal that was incorrect/incomplete.
But in actuality the follow through is terrible.
In one case they took my details to give a comp meal at a later date to replace the meal since I ended up waiting so long for them to replace what was missing. When I came to redeem that they didn’t have the details and therefore didn’t have the comp.
The most recent experience I was doing a curbside pickup and when the employee finally came to my window after 20 min he was looking for someone by a completely different name. He told me he’d check on mine and when he came back he tried to tell me I put the wrong vehicle information so my order was given to someone else. But not to worry they were remaking it at no charge.
An additional 20+ min went by, during which the crew inside called my phone to tell me they were still working on it.
I asked what they were doing to make it right since at this point I really wanted a refund to go get food from somewhere else. I was assured it would be comped and there would be no charge for the meal.
A few days later I still see the charge on the card.
Which I guess is whatever since I did eventually get the food ordered after roughly an hour.
Either way though, if I bother with Chick-fil-A in the future I’ll probably be making the drive to a different location since I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this one.

The only reason why I made this was to alert that the floor to the bathrooms is incredibly slippery and almost greasy. The bathroom sink faucet in the bathroom does not work so there’s a sanitizer in its place. I came twice within two days and both times I had to ask for help because part of my order was forgotten or missing. Service was great, and food was great, but someone’s gonna hurt themselves slipping on the floor, heading towards the bathroom and disappointed to not have have running water and having consistently incorrect orders on the two times I came here passing through on a road trip.

Food and service are typically in line with other locations, but the drive through is absolutely unacceptable.
The line wraps around the entire restaurant, and instead of leveraging the second lane in their drive thru, they leave it closed. Every other CFA takes advantage of the second lane, why not this one?
It just ruins the entire experience.

This is single-handedly the worst Chick Fil A I have ever experienced.
Every time I order, online or in person, something about my order is egregiously incorrect. Whether it’s a spicy/original mixup, forgetting a topping, or just not placing portions of the actual order inside the bag at all.
The employees are unhelpful at best and rude at worst when confronted with mistaken orders. Are
The parking lot is abominable. Hardly navigable.
And to top it off, ordered on the mobile app, paid for the food, got there, and the restaurant was closed at 8:40pm on a Thursday night. No notice on the app.
After visiting this chick fil a for four years, this is a summation of consistent experience. I cannot recall one time that I have left this establishment and thought to myself, “Wow! What a great experience.”

I always order the cold chicken wrap because while my kids want the chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese I really want something healthy. The past three times I’ve gone here my wrap has been so small it has only filled up half the box. This time I unrolled it to find one half only had two small pieces of chicken and the other half four. Like a tablespoon of meat total and one leaf of lettuce. The rest… all tortilla wrapped up to hide the lack of food. $8 for tortilla, a leaf, and chicken that wasn’t enough to feed my 1 year old who I was sharing with. I dipped my tortilla and lettuce in creamy salsa. The first wrap I ever got from this location is the only one that has ever been good. Love this chain but not this location and after three times they are out. Going to have to tell my kids no from now on.

Usually we love Chick-fil-A. This location had disgusting mens bathroom and an employee upset sent to clean. Every last table dirty( and yes we looked). Employees less than friendly. Usually they are happy and I’m wondering what is the excessive happiness to their staff. This location none of that. Rude.

Kaman, the girl at the register was very rude. Ignored me for a few, didnt greet or smile? Acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Before she took my order her and coworker were chatting at the front for a good 5-10 mins. Chicfila workers are usually very sweet and friendly so I know that chicfila has standards when it comes to customer service but she was very rude and made me feel unwelcomed.
