I had such an amazing experience here! The atmosphere is cozy and beautifully designed with a real Japanese vibe. The food was absolutely delicious — the fresh oysters, the drinks, everything was perfect and really made me happy.
The service was great as well. The staff was very friendly and polite, especially Casty, who made our dining experience even better.
Overall, I’m super satisfied with everything. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back again.

Hisaya Japanese Restaurant is one of those places you leave genuinely happy you chose.
The food was solid across the board — fresh sushi, well-balanced flavors, and dishes that actually feel thoughtfully prepared, not rushed.
But what really made the experience stand out was the service. Ivy was amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed every part of the meal. She explained the dishes well, checked in at the right moments, and made the whole experience feel personal.
Great food, great service, and a cozy Japanese vibe. Definitely a place I’d come back to and confidently recommend. ✨

The beef was simply outstanding — perfectly prepared, tender, and full of deep, rich flavor. The soups were incredibly delicious and comforting, beautifully balanced and crafted with precision. And the sushi? Honestly, it was finger-licking good — fresh, refined, and prepared to perfection.
The true cherry on top was the phenomenal service. The staff was exceptionally professional, attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. You could feel the high standard of hospitality from the very first moment.
There aren’t enough Michelin stars in the world to truly describe the quality of this restaurant.
I highly recommend it — a must-visit for anyone who appreciates world-class Japanese cuisine.

I walked into this restaurant tonight and saw the steak set menu. I ordered the Premier Steak Set, which allows unlimited refills — I had three plates of steak!
During the meal, the waiter Kwei was very friendly and attentive. He gave me food suggestions based on what I like and kept asking if I wanted to add more steak. I ate a lot and also enjoyed some small side dishes. It felt really worth the price .
The only small downside is that the steak comes on a hot iron plate. I ordered the meat and ribs, but since the steak slices are quite thin, they quickly turn well-done and get a bit chewy. I hope this can be improved next time.
Overall, a satisfying and enjoyable dinner!
