I came in around 6:30 with my friend and the lady that seated is was supposed to help take our drink and food order but NEVER CAME BACK!! She only came and stared at us and never made time to check on us. Not asking questions like, “Do you want something to drink? Or are you ready to order? NOTHINGG BUT THEN HELP TAKE ORDER AND SERVED TABLES OF PEOPLE WHO CAME AFTER US!!! this is horrible service then we had to ask a different waitress to ask her that we want to order and she said “Your order is coming? And im like We didn’t order YET at all. We were waiting for 55 minutes. THEN finally a waiter named Carlos came to take our food and drink order he was a blessing . When our food came they messed my order up and gave me less beans and rice but I asked for two steak queso tacos and two birria tacos but instead they gave all steak still good but not what I ordered and I told our waiter about how Mt ordered was half wrong and their wasn’t enough rice anf beans and he said I will get them for you. It was better but I didn’t get an apology from the lady who took us to our table and ignored us and they still charged me for the rice and beans. I left a tip for Carlos and I’m glad he did what could to help our table. I’m never coming back again

Our waiter was great. The atmosphere was very pleasant for lunchtime. He brought out plates thst was too hot for us to touch. However my food wasn’t hot, the cheese wasn’t melted, the rice was not even warm.

We will never ever go back here. We were seated and it took 20 minutes to get menus. The menu is huge so we asked for a few minutes to look it over. 20 minutes later the server came back with water. We asked for more chips as the half basket of broken chips was gone. We never got them. The food came out for two of us cold. My food took another 15.minutes. it was lukewarm. I ordered my burrito with a side of sourcream and guacamole. Never got it. Asked for it again, she slammed down a $4 bowl of guacamole. We asked for napkins that we never got. We never got refills on our drinks. The side if rice/beans were terrible. The beans tasked like watery cardboard and the rice was a bland as could be. I regret wasting my money here.

Horrible experience at the Grand Azteca in Madison Heights. Brought my family here and the service was awful. Kept begging the waiter for stuff but he kept disappearing, never got silverware or napkins. Ordered super nachos and just received a plate with ground beef and a bunch of lettuce. When I asked for a manager was told no one was available and then two waiters started talking Spanish like I wasn’t even there. Very disappointing experience. Customer service was absolutely awful! Will not be back!

I’m really sorry but the food was not good. Staff was really kind. Restaurant had a weird smell when we walked in. Had vegetarian options which was great, but the food was not. Fast and friendly service. Prices were okay. We won’t be back. I’m sorry.

Food is solid. Consistent, and I love consistency. I ordered the burrito azteca. Large burrito, white queso because who doesn’t love queso? LOL the only thing I wish is that it did come with a little bit more shrimp but considering you get all the other meats I’m not truly going to complain LOL. Waiter was attentive and food was fast!

I usually go to the location on Groesbeck in Fraser but I mistakingly overlooked the location. Not a problem, arrived…got my food…got home….and noticed a roach in the bag!!! Tossed out everything immediately! The food smelled amazing but of course….not a chance of eating it.
I killed the roach in the bag and it even looked exactly like a picture that I took from Google which solidified my curiosity of it actually being a roach. I do NOT dine in at places with issues like that and that was my first and last time ever getting food from that location.
