This was hands down the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered three 10-piece nugget meals and two McDoubles around 1:00 a.m., and the place wasn’t even busy. There was zero excuse for how bad this was.
The buns were hard and stale like they’d been sitting out for hours. The burger meat was cold. And somehow they managed to forget ALL the fries from three separate meals. How do you mess that up when it’s literally part of the combo?
The staff acted completely clueless and out of it, like they either didn’t care at all or genuinely had no idea what they were doing. It felt disorganized, careless, and honestly embarrassing.
If you’re open and taking orders, the bare minimum expectation is hot food and completing the order. This location couldn’t manage either.
You are better off driving to aberdeen.

Drive thru at 4:30am. Dad and I starving on our trip down from NY. Best tasting burritos and breakfast sandwiches and fresh hot crispy hash browns. To the lady who was visibly running the whole place cleanly at this hour, smiled, and gave the greatest McDonald’s breakfast I’ve had… we see you, and we thank you! ✌️

Pretty long wait in the drive thru. It seemed like they were lacking staff as the drive thru took forever. Food was sloppy as we got four snack wraps that all had way too much sauce on them and were sloppy.

Staff was friendly but despite not being very busy I did have to pull forward and wait for part of my meal. It didn’t take more than 5 minutes for then to come out with my food though so not too horrible.
Food was as expected and my daughters always love getting the apple slices. Always a hit. Tasty food at a decent price and typically fast.

Out of all the times, I’ve been to this McDonald’s. I don’t think I’ve ever received one order right. The inability to follow a simple instruction or prompt on a menu that self generates for itself is amazing. With this McDonald’s, the only job relation I can see being similar as a meteorologist due to the inability to be wrong all the time and keep your job. Always double check your order they will put it in the right box but give you the wrong thing. They will give you the right bag and give you the wrong sandwich and they will short you on chicken nuggets. If you’re hungry, go to the one in Aberdeen near Beard Hill or anywhere else. Absolutely embarrassing.

This has got to be the worse McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. They will mess your order up 9 out of 10 times.. No exaggeration. Not sure what the issue is here – but, maybe North East or Aberdeen would be a better option unless you want missing food when you get home. Only go here still because it’s right over the bridge. Everytime I get food from here and bring it home I want to throw the bag across the room because stuff is missing. Unbelievable. Management needs to seriously consider changing at this place.

I asked for hamburger kids meal and added cheese since they no longer offer a cheeseburger kids meal. I’ve received a piece of cheese inside of a four piece chicken McNugget box. The bun and the burger both look like they were previously used on another sandwich. I asked for no salt on the fries and of course they had salt on them. All of my food, went straight in the trash.

Waited in drive-through for 23 minutes to receive cold fries (and raw) and a cold burger. No bbq sauce, which is clearly on my order. The burger was assembled UPSIDE DOWN.
