Absolutely horrible since the building was rebuilt. I feel like this chain is going down hill and I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt. Disappointed everytime. The service, horrible. Ordering my own food from the kiosk, halfway works – card reader never works so I have to pay at the counter. Paying at the counter takes 15 min to get service. Order through the drive thru – may as well make the food myself. The literal receipt on top of the burger can say how I order it, and it’ll be wrong. What a waste of time and money. Do everyone a favor and just close this location down. Let another fast food company come in. So Disappointed. Gave my food to some homeless. Hopefully they’ll enjoy it.

Horrible experience at this new facility. We were the only customers inside. Every table was dirty. Seven flies swarming and attacking us. Had to place food on a far away table to act as a decoy. The garbage container was over flowing in the main dining area, we took pictures. A customer leaving the store as we entered said, be prepared to wait.They’re moving very slow in there. Surprisingly, our food came sooner than expected. Not to mention, the new facilities do not have fountain drink dispensers in the main dining areas, the only way to get refills is to wait forever at the unattended counter for someone to magically appear from obscurity to obtain a refill. We, for one family, will be taking Mcdonalds off our to go to list. One, for its filth and two, no refills? That is the deal breaker!

On 1/24/26 at 7:06 PM I ordered a 20 piece nugget and large fries with one buffalo sauce cup and two of the hot honey cups. When I got my order the fries were partially filled and I received only two buffalo cups and no hot honey cups.
I went back to the desk and told an employee in a green vest the issue, he went and told whoever was bagging the issue, she gives him the two sauce cups and I hear her say “tell him next time we’re charging him”. I overheard this and told her “You didn’t give me what I ordered in first place so no you’re not. Next time do your job!” with the guy I originally spoke to giving me an attitude afterwards. Very unprofessional; I don’t like being treated like I’m trying to get freebies when I didn’t receive what I ordered in the first place. Someone needs to be held accountable because this isn’t how you treat your customers.

I asked for a burger and some fries and only gotten the fries and the burger was literally the first thing I asked for. He didn’t even repeat back the order to me or anything. Customer service always hasn’t been as good but it should be better.

Ordering in a koisk takes away the job from someone who needs a job at minimum wage. But then when we needed assistance from the help they did have, they were rude. Almost to an obnoxious stage. The food was mediocre not hot, not cold. Just sucked. I will never come back to this McDonald’s

The manager Alex was very rude. My kids got 2 happy meals and they both came with the same toy so i asked if they could change one of them.. at first she was hesitant and said she couldnt though she didn’t even try then i asked a 2nd time and she said her manager didnt allow it and i explained that ive done it in other locations if i could talk to the manager because it was also missing stickers that my daughter was asking. She went back and came back and i could hear her talking to Alex the manager and she said didnt want to come out, which when the employee came out to try to cover for her i told her im a customer the leaat she could so is talk to me. So she went back again and told her so, I waited a.few min. and employee shruged said she didnt know that maybe shes busy. She went again to tell the manager i was waiting for her and she finally came with an attitude as to whats the problem, i explained they got the same toy if they could exchange and that they didnt get stickers she said they dont come with srickers which i told her was not true because i just got them yesterday and she said whats wrong with the toy i repeated and explained they have numbers to tell them apart if they can change it while i told my daughter that they didnt have the srickers and she began to cry. She must have thought i couldnt see her because she just pretended to step to rhe back and then just turnes back to come to me and said she had checked and only had that one…. very rude and even to hee employee putting them in between instead of acting like a manager and talking to the customer. I know irs silly its a toy but the way she addressed it and her attitude was unacceptable

Clearly the area director/ regional do not care about this establishment enough to coach or clear out the bad apples in this place. Unprofessional manager named Marlanie ensured her guest did NOT leave happy. Here’s a few highlights of my food that they refused to fix.

The kitchen has no clue what there are doing. My meal was supposed to include 4 nuggets, i received what I think might be tartar sauce instead. The wrong side of the bun on my McDouble was cooked. This is just laziness. I’m not impressed.

This location mentions its 24 hours but when I got there at 5:00 in the morning for breakfast the stuff did not even look at me as I waited in the drive-thru line and pulled up at the window no one took my order so I will honestly not be back to this location
