I ordered a 20 pc with a regular fry and it wasn’t until I drove 30 minutes east to finally eat my food to see that they messed up my food order. For some reason they put cheese on my fries I didn’t even know that was an option here. I spoke to a manager and she stated since I left the building I would have to get a food credit instead of a refund on their companies mistake.

We come here once or twice a month, the atmosphere is always good, the service & food are good. We tried new menu items last night i got the ultimate sampler which might be my go to from now on. However, I didn’t love the sliders, but they were okay, my husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and really liked it. So give the be menu a try.

Nicole our waitress was phenomenal. I wish there was a bigger word to use but that’s the best I can do. She went above & beyond & her personality was top tier. She made my entire day just by her kindness. Never left such a big tip before but she deserved EVERY SINGLE penny of it & much more. Please managers give her the recognition she deserves !!!

I have visited several Buffalo Wild Wings locations before and have always had a good experience, which is why this visit was especially disappointing.
To be fair, the food was good no complaints about the wings or overall quality. However, the service completely ruined our evening. The waitress who took our order made us feel very uncomfortable from the start. She seemed to have a problem with us and her behavior came across as rude and discriminatory. We have never experienced anything like this at any other Buffalo Wild Wings location.
She messed up the sauce we ordered with our wings, and when she brought our drinks, she casually threw the straws onto the table instead of handing them to us properly. We were not provided with utensils, even after requesting them. Her overall attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
We actually traveled across the border specifically to have dinner at this location, and we truly regret choosing it. This was not the level of service we expected. The Buffalo Wild Wings location in Eureka has always treated us much better and provided a far more positive experience.
We arrived around 7:25 PM (16th February 2026) and had a sofa table for 3. I would strongly encourage the management team to look into this matter so that other customers do not have a similar experience. If more details are needed, I would be happy to provide them.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service at this location.

Angel was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly right, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Angel’s positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable, and it’s clear she cares about great customer service. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

First, the customer service was great upon entry. The restaurant was clean. We didn’t have to wait on a table. Our server was Brandy and she was amazing!!! I had the nachos with chili, it was okay, next time I will stick to the queso, guacamole and salsa with tortilla chips..then my husband only eats the flats traditional wings, we got the new Buffalo Bleu, BBQ Ranch and one of our favorites Asian Zing. The new sauces were really good.

I visited the Bww in Westland recently and if I could zero starts I would. My son decided he wanted to eat here for his bday so I chose a different location.
My experience was the TOTAL opposite. The customer service at this particular bww was IMMACULATE! They have no idea how good it feels to go some where , where you have to spend your hard earned money and be treated with some respect. I appreciate this GREAT customer service and if I could give this restaurant 100 starts I would. And the waitress was theeee ABSOLUTE BEST she deserves employee of the year she was patient very nice and extremely attentive. I don’t remember her name but we were there 9/25/2025 at 7pm for a party of 10 for my sons 8th birthday (his balloon may still be in the ceiling lol) hope this helps the employee get recognition!!! Thanks for EVERYTHING!!

We went for the fight last night so it was busier than usual and even with it being really busy we got all food and drinks very quickly and our waitress was awesome. Highly suggest the salt and vinegar dry rub for fries and for wings new sauces were decent honey garlic is way better than Buffalo range in my opinion. Nachos were good and the pretzel knots are a must try if you like pretzels. All and all good experience good food and the fights were great to
