I just wanna start off by saying my visit was exquisite. I had Maraiah as my server and she was just possibly one of the most nicest most easily interact individuals. I’ve had the pleasure of having a social exchange with. also, you can’t forget my man Isaac I came here with very low expectations and my man Isaac cooked up possibly the best mozzarella sticks. I think I’ve ever had both of them deserve a $90 raise. When I come to restaurant, I expect to be filled and boy was completely stuffed. Overall, a great experience and I will be coming back

i was just in dennys and my seater/waitress maraiah was absolutely amazing really warm and welcoming. and was very communicative and attentive. she also never failed to make me and my fiance smile and laugh. the cook jesse was amazing really fast and really great nothing was messy it was all neatly put together. these night crew members of dennys deserve a raise. a real raise. thank you for your kind acts of service keep up the good work i hope to come in and see you guys again!

Kim almost ruined this location for me, she was rude and ignored me for simplely asking to sit in my favorite booth, she ignored me during my entire meal and the manager had to serve me. I’m kind of a regular and Stephannie and Mariah are usually my servers and if it not applicable for me to sit in my usual spot its not a problem and they have never yelled at me like Kim. They are absolutely the best waitresses! They are so respectful and kind! Thank you Steph and Mar for making my time enjoyable!

Probably one of the best Dennys I’ve been too. I had a wonderful server who just got on shift and was scrambling to pickup with the amount of service there was this morning. Was very impressed with how she was handling it and still providing very great customer service.

As a Platinum Dasher who has visited over 100 restaurants in the Tacoma, Washington area, this was, unfortunately, one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.This morning, around 3:00 AM on December 2nd, I picked up an order. I immediately received a second order for the same location after I dropped off the first one. Upon my return, a middle aged female employee who had braided blonde hair and a hand tattoo yelled at me across the restaurant with a hostile attitude as I first walked in . She aggressively accused me of stealing an order from my previous delivery.I explained that the prior order had been delivered successfully and showed her the confirmation on my phone. Despite the proof, she refused to believe me and insisted, while continuously yelling in a highly disrespectful tone, that I contact DoorDash Support.This demand resulted in a 20 minute delay as I waited for DoorDash Support to understand the situation. This wasted both my time and money, especially as I had a pending delivery in my car. The employee’s behavior remained unprofessional she made unnecessary comments about her manager being upset over stolen orders, attempting to place the blame on me.The DoorDash representative confirmed the delivery, apologized for the situation, and provided me with appropriate compensation.The only positive interaction was with the chef, who was understanding and kind regarding the situation. Because of the understanding chef, I have rated this location a 2 instead of a 1. I strongly recommend against visiting this location due to the poor conduct of their counter staff. I do apologize for raising my tone in the restaurant after she raised her tone on me, but I felt really disrespected that she thought I was a thief. I would be understanding if she just asked me about the order professionally, and not just jump to accusations with a huge attitude.

The portions are EXTREMELY small! I regularly grate my own hash browns at home, & know how much one potato yields. The service was great, the atmosphere is great, but the portions leave ya walking away hungry! Potatoes, the CHEAPEST thing on the plate…….NOT the place to skimp, in my opinion! USUALLY when I go to a restaurant to eat, there’s enough potatoes to incorporate the over EZ eggs with! Here it was almost as if I was eating egg yolk & potato pudding! Unfortunately, since few places are open after a long night of work, i’ll most likely return again with the my colleagues for a meal. Denny’s DO BETTER! With the high price of eating out, I’d expect decent portions.
