Ordered a salad to go, got all the way home and realized I received chicken wings. I did call and the manager offered to remake the salad, refund the order, or issue a voucher, I told her I really wanted the salad so I would come back. Drove back to the building and the to-go specialist took back the chicken wings that had been in my car for 30 minutes, now I didn’t want the wings, I didn’t order them and wouldn’t eat them, but as a former food manager I KNOW that is is a food safety issue to bring food that has left the kitchen back into the kitchen. Especially if it has been In a customers car. I surely hope they did not serve those chicken wings to another guest. On top of all that, there was nothing done to make up for the inconvenience of having to drive 30 minutes extra due to their mistake, and the salad was honestly just-okay for a $15 salad. Toppings were not on top, looked like the salad had been shaken up quite a bit. Which makes me wonder if someone else got my salad before me? Overall pretty concerning visit. Disappointing.

We stopped here on our way back home and it was incredible. Haley was our server and she was amazing! Always made sure our drinks were full, super sweet and attentive. All of our food was amazing. I definitely recommend the BBQ Chicken pizza and the garlic knots . We will definitely be back!

This restaurant is amazing. Originally I thought it was a simple burger joint. The burgers are amazing. The nachos under the appetizers are my main reason for going. The laid back atmosphere makes for a great fun dinner. I definitely recommend this place.

This was our first visit to Bubba’s 33, located right next to Texas Roadhouse. The staff was friendly and well-trained, much like at Texas Roadhouse. We tried the Italian Chopped Salad and loved it so much that we’ve ordered it a few times since! The crispy Chicken Salad was also delicious. For dinner, I had the Fried Fish Sandwich, which was great. My husband wasn’t a fan of the pizza, but he really enjoyed the Southern Fried Chicken entrée. The wine and beer selection is a bit limited, though.

Ordered the 14oz Ribeye and was assured there would be no cross contamination… lets just say thank god I never go anywhere without benadryl. It wasnt bad enough to put mw in the hospital but bad enough we had to pay and leave. Up till that point, the place was great, service was good, and what I ate before having an allergic reaction was delicious! Just ba careful if you have food allergies.
