After spending $44.49 in this establishment, the chicken was dried out and inedible. After speaking with Belinda, the store manager, she told me I would have to drive 45 minutes to return the meal in order to get a refund. I will never be purchasing anything else from this location! I would put a -10 score if I could!

There was a bug in my food. Reached out to them for a refund. I just wanted someone from the store to reach out to me about it and the response to my issue was absolutely nothing. I will never eat here again, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt about the cleanliness of this place but the lack of response makes me feel like they want to ignore my issue, same way my food was ignored when it left that kitchen.

placed an order online, and the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. When I got to the window, I was told to pull up and park because they’d bring my food out to me. I waited an additional 15 minutes, and no one ever came. When I finally went inside, they suddenly handed me my order right away.
It really feels like they just didn’t want to bring it out, and that’s frustrating. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, not to wait longer. Y’all have got to do better

Management here is awful. Food is awful. Takes forever to get it. Manager talk to the employees like she running a slave ship. She made the cooks clock out while there were a lobby full of people waiting for their food. Seems like she on a power trip if you ask me. Waited almost an hour for my food. Unacceptable

I understand that the prices have went up but the quality and customer service has most definitely went down. I’m accustom to waiting for them to cook the blackened chicken tenders but I’m not accustom to receiving these small and dried up pieces. I always check my food before leaving. I was shocked when I saw this. I went inside and the young lady (who stated out nice) stated that the suppliers cut the size of the tenders but she would have me more cooked. I’m assuming “Ellene” is the manager, wasn’t okay with that so she interrupted by yelling from the back, “damn you can give her 2 but not 3!” “We don’t give away food for free!” She continued talking but I walked off. Her attitude and response wasn’t even necessary. The young lady called me back up for my other tenders and I asked her for the lady’s name and she said, “ ask her yourself?” Very rudely. I’ve never received that kind of service at Popeyes and I’ve been to locations all over Atlanta.

I came in 11/4/2025 at 4:20 I decided to come in because I noticed they were busy, my order wasn’t taken until 4:45. I waited 25 minutes for my order to be taken. The person working front counter kept walking off . Didn’t even acknowledge the people there which is so unprofessional. I ordered two red-beans & rice witch a large drink . It shouldn’t have taken that long for an order with only 3 items to be placed. The hospitality is horrible and yall have to fix it

The Stockbridge location is terrible.
Took forever to get my food , the chicken from Publix is way better than this.
Manager was serving customers that came in after me and not filling my order.

11-10-19 – Decided to take my daughter for some Popeye’s sandwiches since I hadn’t tried the spicy one. We went to this location since we were in the area. Not knowing what to expect we took a chance. Turn in the turning lane near the light and restaurant we got stuck or were unable to. A Sheriff on duty there stopped traffic, allowed us to back out, directed to a more accessible street, since I was trying to park. We thanked him and was able to park. The line inside was not too bad and about 10 minutes later we were able to order sandwiches. I got one for us and my sons, and a soda for my daughter while we waited. They were out of certain side items and drinks, and people ordered chicken not just sandwiches. All were friendly, shared some laughs, and staff were accommodating as they could be. After some time we were able to get our sandwiches. Because my daughter wanted the classic not spicy, the manager told us how to identify hers. They were hot, and juicy, but could’ve used some more spicy sauce. I’ve had both classic and spicy sandwiches, and would get one again. I like how they have the sandwiches packaged and ready to go, hopefully to alleviate customer worry. Next time will see if they have sauce on the side as well. Overall good experience.
