I am SO IMPRESSED with the morning crew at this location! Look at everything they gave us!! In a society where restaurants don’t give us the sauce we even asked for, this McDonald’s morning crew went above and beyond to supply us with so much that we did even ask for!

Not truly family friendly. They offer a kids play area but the bathrooms are locked and there’s no diaper changing station. Please consider adding a changing station in your bathrooms. All parents need a clean a safe place to change their babies and toddlers.

Absolutely love Lehi Pleasant Groove area ♥️ ” Gatekeeper’s Broken ” I Gatekeeper Jesus Christ Amen was known as a fisherman of men and served in the Navy ( Fireman )and awarded the Humanitarian service award. Oh they say just one but actually I should have been given four counting this corona virus. I was also a hero as well saved the ship I was on USS Ashland LSD 48 and stopped a major fuel oil leak in the main machinery room number one. While everyone was sitting around in the cool air conditioning control panel room even master chief. I Gatekeeper Jesus Christ Amen stood a proper watch and reported it after about 12 gallons of JP5 jet fuel was leaking out into the bilge below the engine room. I saved master Chiefs job. But I should have received an award for recognition as well . Oh Heavenly father. Yes Son. Why? Is it hard to find an awesome LDS woman that wants to marry an awesome guy like me. Well son you choose to Serve your Country and Honor the flag. But isn’t service the same as going on a mission and back. Yes my son but the woman are taught to marry a returned missionary. Gatekeeper I Jesus Christ Amen spent my life searching and praying for a wife in the church of Jesus Christ Amen and was always rejected and looked below all the other men in the church . Oh heavenly Father is there one faithful Beautiful woman in the church of Jesus Christ Amen named Sarah please ♥️. It would be a blessing as well if lived in Pleasant Groove area ♥️. Oh the hummingbirds and s and the robins are rocking all around Sarah as she lays right next to me ❤️. In June 2025, we visited the McDonald’s in East Lehi by the Lehi Roller Mills. We use the McDonald’s App and we find good deals using the App. The food tasted good and was freshly prepared. We enjoyed using the ketchup machine there instead of opening up the individual ketchup packets. The deals on the McDonald’s App have won us over to take advantage of these deals. I highly recommend this McDonald’s location and using the McDonald’s App to find deals.

This visit was my first time back in more than 8 years. My initial thought was how it has changed. No staff; only guests, other than one person who came from behind the wall to deliver food to whatever customer was waiting. Also, the server spoke broken English and was NOT friendly. When my order came out, she was better. Maybe she knew the previous customers (only 2) and was unhappy to see them.
My next thought was, “Wow! These prices are nearly 3 times higher!” Actually, some prices are nearly 4 times higher. Just wow…

ALMOST EVERY TIME I ORDER A DELUXE QUARTER POUNDER THEY ALWAYS CHARGE ME THE DELUXE AND MAKE ME A REGULAR QUARTER POUNDER!!! I repeat! they charge me the deluxe and give me the regular! We shouldn’t have to hound them and check every time but its obviously becoming a game at this point. My fiancé picked it up after a long day of work and by the time she gets home past 10:00pm to find out our order is wrong there can be no refund process unless we drive back?! RIDICULOUS!!! Even when they make the order right they cant put the burger together in a way where it wont fall apart, picking up! These employees need better training or better management because it’s literally every-time, and they give attitude for us asking if they added a deluxe instead of just a regular quarter pounder. One of the items tonight having bacon, which my fiancé cant even have!!! WE DIDN’T ASK FOR THIS AND STILL WE WERE CHARGED EXTRA. AS WELL THEY GET TO KEEP THE MONEY SINCE WE ARE TOO TIRED TO DRIVE BACK?!!

there is no point in customizing anything. it wasn’t anything crazy, just no whipped cream on a frozen latte and add mayo to a cheeseburger but both were wrong. usually no big deal but trying to flag anyone down to get help is impossible. yes, I realize this is McDonald’s but McDonald’s used to be at least accurate and friendly. the play area is nice though.
