I am completely upset about our visit we just had at this location. We stopped in for my husband’s birthday and it was one thing after another. The first thing was our silverware. I opened the silverware out of the napkin and they were so dirty, it was disgusting. My husband asked a waiter for new silverware because ours were dirty and she gave us a new one and didn’t even apologize. I open that one and it is also dirty. I checked my husband’s silverware and it was also dirty. At that point I took some ice out of my drink and put it in a napkin and washed them all off MYSELF. This was disgusting. Then when we ordered we told them what my daughter wanted and what I wanted. When it came to my husband ordering she got distracted looking off to the back (don’t know at what) and had to have my husband repeat his order. She didn’t ask how he wanted his eggs or anything and she never came back around until our food came out so we just blew it off. Our hash browns and sausage were burnt. We asked for an extra plate for our daughter and it took over 15 minutes to get, I honestly think she forgot about us. Mind you there is only like 4 other people in the store and there are plenty of workers so they were not busy at all. My husband used the restroom and the floors were so wet that he almost fell, he said there was so much water on the floor. We ate here on Veterans Day and had a good experience so I’m not sure what went wrong today. Unfortunately it was not a good birthday breakfast for my husband. I never leave bad reviews but I feel like this needs to be shared, especially about their silverware. I’ll post pictures of the silverware as well. We opened the silverware up and they looked like this. All 3 sets we got. Also our burnt sausage, the other one was the same way on the back side of it.

I had a great experience at IHOP! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Even though it was a little busy, we were seated pretty quickly and our server checked on us often to make sure everything was good.
The food came out hot and fresh. I ordered a breakfast combo with pancakes, eggs, and hash browns, and everything was cooked just right. The pancakes were fluffy and soft, and the eggs were made exactly how I asked. The hash browns were crispy and flavorful. The portions were generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.
The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable — perfect for a casual breakfast. Overall, it was a really satisfying meal with great service. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m craving pancakes again! ⭐️Definitely coming back here.

Honestly, this IHOP did not disappoint. I stopped by because I was craving pancakes, and it was exactly what I needed. The food came out fast, hot, and tasted fresh. The pancakes were super soft and fluffy, and the syrup just made them even better.
The staff was really nice and chill, which made the whole experience better. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed.
It’s not a fancy place, but that’s the point. It’s comfortable, relaxed, and perfect when you want a good, filling breakfast without any stress. Prices were reasonable, portions were big, and I left full and happy.
Definitely one of those reliable spots I’ll keep coming back to!

Hello everyone, once again, it’s a hit or miss at IHOP. This is the first time us eating at this one on Jefferson Avenue. Won’t be going back. They do have great customer service, but I don’t know who’s in the kitchen cooking, but they need to go back to cooking school. Overall, my food was OK but they messed up the Mrs food …. Everybody knows to say happy wife, happy life, so I guess the rest of the day I won’t have a happy life because my wife was not happy with her food they burnt her steak. I don’t know what they did with the pancakes. Her potatoes were cold only thing she liked was the fried hard egg.
Again, let me say the waitress was very kind and accommodating. This time is the kitchen but again it’s always a hit and miss. I guess we’ll go back one day all I can suggest if the food don’t look right tell the waitress right away and have her take it back and get you some more. Take care.

I went there for dinning last week with my family. They greeted us very professionally and friendly. We was family members of 5. The food came right on time with exact temperature. After long time we had ihope food right tests and flavors. The waitress was very friendly and manager named Saif came to our table asked how was our food and experience. This kind of experience is very rare at tourist spots restaurants. I recommend this location ihope.

It took 10+ minutes to be acknowledged at the table. She took out order. A bit later she dropped it off. The food was delicious. She never came back to check on us. We went to pay and they went to get the server 2 times to cash us out. She never came. The Mgr happened to see us. I could have walked out with a free meal. But I’m not that kind of person. Service was not good. They used to be packed no matter the day. Now its empty. I understand why now. We did not feel accepted or wanted.

This place was perfection. I came with a few of my friends and the service was so well. Amazing waiters and then the food was as also just as amazing as it wasn’t too hot or cold just the perfect amount needed. I would definitely recommend going here and I will be going to this location again. ☺️

Our waitress brought our food out in 20-30 min intervals, and one person in our party NEVER GOT HER FOOD! After an hour, we were completely over it.
Now, we’ll move on to the food, my level of disgust will prevent my return! Shame on the cook staff.
The environment was full of confusion, management must have vacated the premises. No organization, people were standing around with empty tables in front of them.
My advice? Skip it…

The quality of the food is okay. It’s what you expect from an iHop, so nothing special- but definitely serviceable. It took a very long time to get out, unfortunately. There were 8 other customers here. I’m not sure if there were not a lot of staff, but we waited 45 minutes for our single shared appetizer. The waiter was sweet and we were seated promptly, but the long wait for food was unpleasant. She visited us and said our food was almost ready, and it came out 30 minutes later. It is absolutely not the wait staff’s fault about the speed of the food arriving, so she did the best she could. Apparently they had a new cook that was learning, so that must have explained why. In total, we ordered an appetizer sampler, a Colorado omelette with hash browns, a French Toast Breakfast with pancakes, and a Steak Tips Breakfast with pancakes. When the food arrived, we were missing multiple sides. The eggs were cooked very differently than we asked, and our steak was sweet. Our French toast was very good. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, but the waiter made it nicer. I also liked the music they played in the background!
