Used to be my fav McDonalds, then I had my grandma order for me and she is a bit rude, but all she said was she was not waiting in the parking spot for 3 McChickens or she wanted a refund, I learned to never allow my grandma to order for me because she is really rude, but I also learned that this McDonalds will mess with peoples food and not even know the persons food they are messing with aren’t even the person taking the order. Basically they dont consider or fathom that it could be some angry parent/whoever who is inconsiderate and rude. I work with food and always considered the food I’m making could be the persons innocent children or partner or etc and am mature enough not to mess with the food. You cannot accidentally shove a sticker into the food and chop the chicken patty in half. It takes too much incompetence to not notice the sticker. I presume the manager themselves did this after they decided to walk off to finish the order faster. I just hope people can understand that people might order rudely to you because they aren’t the one eating the food.

Poorest customer service yet. Table service never showed up. Eventually found it sitting on a shelf, cold. Asked for a fresh burger and all I got were dirty looks. I did thank the guy for the service but he just turned away and ignored me. McAwesome! There is a reason that it is always empty at this location now. Not all the employees are as bad as this one. But as slow as it is for business, still too busy to clean.

Came to the drive thru at 3:08AM with a mobile order already placed for this location. The employee at the intercom was incredibly rude saying they were no longer serving lunch menu beginning at 3AM and to cancel the order through the app even though it was already processed. After asking if this was instated only for this location she claimed it was for all locations. After canceling the order I wanted to confirm on the app and it turns out she was lying about not only the 3AM lunch to breakfast menu change but also that other locations have this instated. Went to the Newport location and placed my order with no issues or hassle. Lazy service.

This Mcdonalds is consistently incompetent. Special on a whole other level.
Every time I have attempted to obtain food from this mcdonals it goes wrong. Wrong order, missing items in order, no order at all, and best is that no one there (employees) knows how to troubleshoot any possible or order. No solutions. Just blank stares. It doesn’t matter the avenue in which an order is placed. They cannot seem to produce. From ordering for myself in the Drive-Thru, to picking up a door dash order, to even ordering McDonald’s from an app to have delivered to me. It’s a nightmare. I have tried too many times. They clearly don’t try. Benefit of the doubt is the sole reason for repeat visits. My bad, but noted.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast on the way to a softball tournament. Fast was not the word for it though – took about 10 mins in the drive thru. Overall the food was as expected…but the delay was annoying.

Been going to this McDonald’s occasionally since we moved here and it is TERRIBLE. The service is so bad. They always forget items, the people don’t listen when taking your order. They need to be trained better. They are so slow too and they need new equipment outside for taking drive thru orders. Idk who owns this one but they need to get it together or sell the place.

This is the first McDonald’s that didn’t want to change an apple pie code for a seasonal one, pumpkin pie, especially when they cost the same. Other locations change seasonal instead of the original pie, but this location completely refused, saying the code was apple and that had to be it. I asked to speak to the supervisor and it was the same, he refused, I asked for his name to speak to management and he didn’t want to give it to me. I believe that the corporation doesn’t take anything away from changing a product that isn’t usually on the menu because it’s seasonal. I’m a regular customer, so it shouldn’t have made a difference if I was ordering it with one of my codes (which they scanned and took 3k off my 32k) or paying cash, right? The “supervisor” was at this location on Tuesday, October 15th at 7:45 at night. I would have left things at that, but you don’t speak to the customer with arrogance.

I know I came 5 minutes to close but my 4 year old was about to pee his pants and I just needed to use the bathroom for him would’ve taken 2 minutes. But the door was locked at 9:56pm when the door said 10pm, the manager or whoever was standing in front of the door refusing to turn around as I knocked, to at least say no sorry we don’t follow our posted hours, I hope you’re corporate so I can call in about this.

I visited this McDonald’s before going to church on Friday at 7:30 pm and I needed food fast. They definitely delivered and didn’t disappoint. I got the $6 meal deal and it was fantastic. Very yummy, I must say. What caught my eye was the holiday pies. I tried one and it was delicious. I would recommend them! 🙂
