Well, I got the Chrispy Chicken sandwich meal. I would love to say how delicious it was. Nope. Terrible. So over cooked it was as dry as a dessert. Fries were also way over cooked. Whole meal was not very eatable. If I lived near there I would bring it all back. What a giant waste of my money!

I usually never have a problem here other than sometimes they get 1 thing wrong in my order and one time they gave me a whole different one but I just didn’t say anything , they also take 30+ minutes isn’t it fast food? Anyways I work at the mall so usually I have time cause it’s super close but I ordered my food at 205 and I didn’t come out until a little after 230 and I was getting ready to leave since I had a shift I looked at my drink and the ice was all melted and it was a Diet Coke and flat I looked into my bad once I reached the parking lot and literally was missing my burger the MAIN thing of my meal? Like how do you mess up that had its bs do the curbside people or who ever is bagging it not checking if it’s the correct order and amount of things?

We moved nearby in March of 2014 and, like many kids, our kid loves McDonald’s. Throughout the past almost 12 years, the service has been consistent (it’s McDonald’s…tastes pretty much the same from location to location IMHO), fast (most of the time), and when we’ve had issues, they get taken care of.
Is this McDonald’s perfect? No. There isn’t a single place I’ve frequented that hasn’t messed something up at some point, or had a delay. Sometimes we get stale fries or nuggets, and other times they put pickles on my burger when I ask for no pickles. They’re human…things happen. Overall, this has been a 5-star location for me.
Thankfully, today, when my wife was craving a Quarter Pounder, they were open. The fries and nuggets were fresh, the tea was tasty, and the service was quick.

The worst branch you could order from; they’re incredibly slow. If they entered a competition to see who’s faster against a snail and a turtle, I’m 100% sure they’d come in last.

Had to wait 25 minutes for my pre ordered meals to be ready. The ONLY reason I’m giving more is because of Emily and her amazing work. She was very apologetic, empathized with me working night shift and just trying to go home after working 40 hours in 3 days. Girl deserves a raise and a promotion

Worst McDonald’s visit EVER. The company pushes customers to use the kiosks and mobile ordering for ease of use, and a lot of the kitchen is automated. But if you are going to “help” customers that way, at least make it better for the customer. Ordered at about 2pm and received our food at 2:30! This was after standing in the lobby with at least 5 other people. I only got my order because someone behind the counter acknowledge I was still there. Then magically the order was found. I totally understand that people make mistakes sometimes and things can happen. But in this case….really? Especially with not 1 but 2 managers standing there. And their reaction to my feedback about having to wait so long, and it being the worst McDonald’s experience was, “ok.” And to boot, we didn’t even get the right toy in the box. DO BETTER. If I had to choose again, I would have picked any of the other prob 6 McDonald’s in the immediate area.

Honestly just a negative vibe walking in, also they always mess up an order, miss a sauce or get the teas mixed. At first I get it but when it’s consistent it gets old.
