In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. Ordered a breakfast sandwich drive thru. Checked my order because the breakfast sandwich had been looking crazy and then this. I ask the lady she said they should have spread the egg around….then the manager said thats about how much egg you should get.. then switched up to a little bit less. Im just saying bill millers is literally playing in our face on quality if food. Cause a tea spoon of eggs 5.65 before tax yall.

I wish I Could give no dam starts last night 12/20/25 we got bill Millers as I was almost half way to my burger a freaking hair came out of my mouth mixed in the dam burger as I felt it I threw up and ruined my entire family’s meal non of us ended up eating because of this. The manager from this place said he could only replace my chop burger with the hair!!!! So because I had someone’s hair in my mouth and vomited and no one ate after that I’m suppose to be happy with his replacing a chop burger!! What makes him think after eating it with an employee’s hair I would want to eat one again!!!! He couldn’t even offer to credit me my entire order so I could just get something else when ever I wasn’t disgusted with the fact that this happened at this Bill Miller’s. What makes me even more mad is I’m a regular costumer at bill Miller’s I eat their breakfast almost 3 times a week and dinner at least 5 times a month if not more. I will never bring money or business here!!! Mind y’all everytime my family and I go we spend over 40 dollars!!! Bill Miller’s y’all are wrong for this policy!!! Especially with a regular paying customer who’s never had a complaint until now!!!! All he had to do was credit me my order!!! I wasn’t asking for a refund or money back. But why would I want to eat another chop burger after just eating one with a full hair in it!!!! And my family not eating and the food going to waist because I vomited who would want to eat after that!!

There was a long line in the Drive-Thru, so I decided to go into the to-go area. There was one person in front of me, ordered after about a 30-second wait. Even though more customers came after me, I received my food really quickly. It was a great experience. Got home. The food was amazing. Very fresh. I ordered extra sauce. Everything was in the bag. No problems. Loved it. What a great experience. I will definitely visit this location again.

Ordered at 8:56pm. They close at 9:30pm. Specifically asked at ordering for the pickles and onion in the little baggy with my 2 poor boy meals. Get to window we get our order and check the bag before leaving. No pickles or onion. Call the lady to the window and we are told they dont have any.( Yet we asked specifically at order) Then when we repeated “you don’t have any?!” She then say oh well at a certain time we do not take them out to give because then they cannot store them. Made absolutely zero sense!!!! BILL MILLERS HEADQUARTERS FIX THIS BOLD FACE LIE your employees are telling paying customers!!! A dry brisket with no pickles or onions is not a what I ordered!

First time having breakfast a few weeks ago at this restaurant, it was delicious. The prices were great and very reasonable. All the employees were nice and very helpful. We even ordered our Thanksgiving dinner and it was so convenient. They handed the paper right to us all we had to do was scan it. We definitely will be back.

No more chicken from bill millers for us
use to the best but its now the worst which is hard to believe from over cooked fries to not cooked chicken. Really expect more from a place which never has disappointed till now its a disappointed everytime its hit or miss especially its like a 30 to 45 minute wait everytime we would go which was worth the wait which isn’t now i took back my red bloody chicken back from my 10 piece chicken that I ordered and also with a bucket of tea and also some brownies and a slice a pie and when I took back my bloody chicken all I Got from the manager name Reid was I can replace it with 2 piece chicken, my point is as a manager you should always show some customer courtesy never apologize in person so sad because now I will have to relocate when it 2 minutes down my street
