I generally have a lot of respect for Chick-fil-A because they are usually so on top of things, especially with their speed and customer service. However, I am beyond disappointed with my experience today.
I sat down to eat my sandwich and was shocked to find that the chicken was completely undercooked. As you can see in the photo, the inside is gray, slimy, and clearly raw. It’s honestly disgusting to look at, let alone think about eating.
Serving raw poultry is a major health and safety issue, and I expected much better quality control from a brand that prides itself on “A” plus service. I’m not sure what happened in the kitchen today, but this was a huge miss and a total waste of money. I’m definitely going to be hesitant to order from here for a while.

Food was good everything was fresh. Although ordered a southwest salad with crispy fillets but she gave me a regular southwest salad. Overall everything was good I would have rated high if the young lady got my order correct.

I don’t visit chick fil a often just cause I’m not a big fan I admire the customer service aspect but not a big fast food Chicken kind of girl. However tonight this was the place we choose to eat….first the person taking my order had his entire head in my car to the point I had to back up. I’m 9 months pregnant so ppl super close give me anxiety with germs illness easily passed off…either way after repeating my order three times took him 4 to call it bk right. Get to the window and it still wasn’t completely right I ordered a large sunjoy but wanted the lemonade to be strawberry lemonade and half sweet tea with a lemon they gave me a regular sunjoy no lemon to make matters worse the second drink had drink all Round the top sprite was all over my belly all down my arms n all over my car she brought me two messily napkins n gave a poor apology like it wasn’t her fault….it’s just something about the ppl that work in hinesville I just can’t with them. Definitely won’t be bk I’ll patronize Savannah if n when I want it.

Good food the drive through has become slower since thay added a app order line. Its clogging the quality and speed of their drive through. Wait times can get to 10 minutes. Whn before if you were in line 5 minutes it was rare even in peek times like lunch time. The inside service is fast and friendly.

Staff is always friendly and professional. I really appreciated the recommendations made by Sylvester, I’m now a big fan of the frosted lemonade! Food is always fresh and even when there’s a long line, it moves fast.

Chick fil a is usually my go to when it comes to fast food in Hinesville. I guess this time, I wasn’t so lucky. My 2 year old had a long piece of hair embedded around one of her nuggets. I’m thinking the hair was fried in with the nugget. This was so disgusting to me that I couldn’t eat anymore. I reached out to them on facebook and no response. Disappointing in their service overall.

What a joyous experience to drive thru the Hinesville location. Free smiles, great positive energy and vibes. Wow!! then when I saw my food even it had a message of hope…I could not believe my eyes!!! My grilled chicken breast was shaped like a on the bread with matching tomatoes and lettuce seriously I don’t know what I was expecting I just know that I thought I like chick a fillet before this what a positive this place is in the weird world. TO THE CHICK-FIL-A(actually got the name right on purpose) HINESVILLE, GA. YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE…Thank you oh wait!!! That’s not all. Free iced mint mocha coffee AND a BE OUR GUEST gift card!!! Man the love of the Lord is all over the staff and the food. Much needed and appreciated
