Order the bigger plate main course was mushroom chicken and the side was rice , they gave me the mushroom chicken in the tiny rice container and when I called said I should have told them to put the main entree in the box…. I did say rice in the lil side … she was rude and basically didn’t care !! So beware bc I was told I needed to do her job for me to have the correct meal !! Go figure!! Spent 16 dollars and change …. Definitely won’t be going back if you can’t do your job and then have crappy customer service you probably don’t need to be in business!!

If Jayshaun had been the only employee we had dealings with the service stars would be 5. However the woman at the cash register needs to be taken off the line and trained how to speak properly to customers. She may speak unprofessional in her daily life but NOT at work.
My food was fine-husband’s food was cold. It has been approximately 8 years since we have been in, but with her at the helm not sure we’ll be back.

Very disappointed. I love Panda Express but recently it hasn’t been what it used to be. I went today for me and my husband. I wanted super greens so bad and so did my husband. I order 2 plates both super greens. Was told a 10 minute wait which I do not mind. Was also told that I was charged for a small entree but they didn’t have it made so I had to choose something else? I asked for anything that had the steak. And she said I couldn’t get it because of the upcharge. Ummm. Got home and me and my husband received a half portion of super greens… super super upset because I waited 15 minutes not 10, didn’t get the side I wanted and the lady was rushing me. Super greens were the main thing u wanted and waited for and barely got any…

Got the family meal. There was a sliver of metal from a metal scrubber pad for dishes in our Orange chicken. We took it back. They took the food and the receipt and said they had to reach out to corporate to see about a refund. Then they never got back to us. I’m just thankful that it was on my plate and not my two-year-olds.

this place has probably the worst service out of all the places ive been to. if u dont want to work here find another job ♀️. the panda express in norman is phenomenal but this one is just horrible. service is beyond terrible. got to the drive thru waited probably 3 mins then got a mean “what do you want?” no need for an attitude. then when i go to the window no manners from the lady. all she said was my total and took my card. she practically was shoving me my food. she also didnt ask if i needed sauce. i wasn’t disrespectful or anything, kept saying thank you, and smiling. honestly if you hate your job that much to be disrespectful to customers maybe choose a different work place.

I had dinner here last night, and it was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Lately it feels like service and food quality are suffering everywhere when it comes to fast food. I got lucky last night. The wait was minimal, the food was hot, fresh, plentiful, and everything tasted great. After a long day, it really hit the spot.

I have been impressed by Panda Express. The food is always. Great I prefer the plate with chow Mein orange chicken and beef and broccoli the orange chicken over a bowl of white rice is very good as well. The restaurant is relatively easy to access and is always very clean inside and the tables are also always clean. They also are very fast I never have to wait a long time for my meal

Ordered four meals to go. Two of them included broccoli beef. The broccoli beef tasted like it had some sort of chemical cleaner on it. After repeatedly calling the restaurant and getting no answer I completed an online complaint. Received an apology and a coupon for two free meals. When we attempted to use the coupons they were out of what we ordered and weren’t making anymore. This location is poorly managed and has poor customer service. Constantly out of items and very inconsistent in portion sizes.

Skimping me out of my sweet fire chicken and veggies is not how I remember Panda Express being. I used to come because they would stuff the boxes FULL of chicken. This bowl is 95% noodles. Barely any chicken and veggies. The veggies are my favorite part too 🙁
