Ordered inside, this location is usually very busy so I don’t mind having to wait extra. I just felt bad for the young lady at the front register… She had so many people waiting and the other staff seemed only to care about the drive through orders, leaving her to take orders and go to kitchen and build all the orders. I worked in service industry most of my adult life.. I just feel like the 8 other ppl in the kitchen could have at least helped her get the orders together when they saw how long they were ready before she was able to go and put them together.

The lady that takes your payment in the drive through in the morning is always so friendly. She even notices when you haven’t been in a while. My favorite thing is the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Wish they did it all day long like they did for a time.

The cashier had a weapon in his belt that was weighing down his belt and pants and he kept adjusting and could hardly work. He had good customer service, I could tell he was young but come on let’s be real. The fact he was allowed to continue his workday as if no other coworkers noticed, it was evident as soon as he came to take my order, I knew immediately what time it was. ♀️

I asked for 2 happy meals and they said that they didn’t sell happy meals. Then the lady just closed the window and walked away. I ordered 2 drinks I only got one. I had to tap on the glass to get someone’s attention to translate to her what was going on with my order. I never heard of any McDonald’s not selling HAPPY MEALS

i ordered in the app. when i arrived the store was closed despite there being workers inside. i honked my horn to get someones attention only to be told that the store was closed and i would need to seek a refund from the app. in the app when i attempted to cancel my order it said my food was already prepared. i recieved no food and my credit card has been charged.

THIS LOCATION IS STEALING ITS CUSTOMERS MONEY from in app order. I placed an online order, at around 2 pm and someone inside clicked the button that said they had started preparing my order so I had no way to cancel or get a refund. Nobody would answer the box or the window and the door was locked. Dozens of people were there with the same issue and the phone number is out of service. $20 gone just like that.

Everyone, today my Big Breakfast w/ Steak & Pancakes, were so good. I mean hot. I added a small coffee. So, good. The Strawberry Preserves so good on the Biscuit. Coffee so good, Steak and carmelized onions, were seasoned well and so good! And this was at The McDonalds on Camp Wisdom and RLThorton Freeway. Disappointed today. Staff wasn’t friendly (no greeting at the window), my cookies weren’t warmed even though I asked, and they forgot the ketchup I requested. They remade the cookies, but they still tasted old. Felt like a waste of money.
