LISTEN!!!! Only thing I’m mad about is the fact that I moved to Iredell county in 1999 & took me this long to try this place! 10 OUT OF 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. BOMB FOOD & EVEN BETTER SERVICE. I got the regular size mushroom Swiss add bacon with fries and a large sweet tea. My husband got the Big Bucks Burger with Texas style fries (chile cheese fries). Tasted fresh and to me is burger perfection. For dessert we got the FRIED APPLE AND ICECREAM!!!!! OMG- it was DELICIOUS!!! Can’t wait to eat my way through their menu!!! I wish I had photos, but we DEVOURED our food!

It’s an outdoor eating location so don’t expect too much in that regard. The food is top notch. Grille Carribean chicken sandwich is delicious. Get yourself a Cherry Lemon Sundrop while you’re at it. Milkshakes are good. Nothing bad I can say about it. A lot of times there is a line…so keep that in mind if coming at lunch.

The way fast food should be, sloppy, real food and good. Had to wait about 10 minutes for my food to cook, im ok with that. Had to wait a few extra minutes for fresh fries, im ok with that. Got a big buckos burger and the grand hot dog, both were amazing!

cheese burger with toppings it was like a homestyle burger very good in my opinion
The loaded hot dog had chili cheese coleslaw mustard ketchup on it it was amazing highly recommended for a good hot dog place
The fries were classic regular fries nothing special but also very good and cooked well
The bbq sandwich was one of the better ones if you like city bbq style or cheap good meat portion bbq sandwich its a good go to place very good the bbq sauce comes in containers not sure brand but a good bbq sauce to pair w sandwich and fries
Sweet tea was a very good sweet tea aswell

So first impression, it’s a vintage looking tiki bar food stand style restaurant. No indoor seating, it does have outdoor seating along with a drive-thru. No veteran discount or other discounts. It’s family owned!!!! So I definitely had to try it and support! So the burgers run about $5 a piece without being in a meal. (You can add fries and a drink for $3.50 more) for 2 burgers 1 drink and 1 fry was $15.97…. the staff was very kind and knowledgeable about the food. Overall a great experience and I definitely will try again when in town!

Best hotdog in Mooresville! Seriously, this is the only place in Race City you should be going for an old fashioned dog! This place is Small Town NC Food Culture on display.
A very diverse menu, with all the old school staples. Dogs, burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches, and so much more. They have a drive thru and a walk up window. No inside seating here folks, as expected from any self-respecting old school drive through.
Prices are inline with current quick-service offerings in the region (the prices are available on the drive thru menu and on a paper menu at the order counter).
You will wait, they don’t stack stuff up under a heat lamp, and it will be worth the time spent!
Don’t be like me and put this place off for 2 years after moving to town. Go today! Seriously, go…now!

This is my first time here since moving to Mooresville in 2018. Its a family own small business. Food was off the hook, not too hard or greasy. My meal was excellent with a side of lemonade drink that goes with it. Recommended for anyone who is on this side of town. Will be back for more eventually.
