This was without a doubt one of the worst restaurant experiences that I have ever encountered. I used the mobile app to order a few drinks, as I do at every other Sonic location, and it went through successfully. I arrive at the restaurant to pick up the order and none of the stalls worked to let them know I had arrived. I pull in the drive-thru and they are playing music so loudly that I cannot understand what they are saying through the speaker. I skip ahead to the window and the music is still playing loudly. The staff member then tells me that half of the items I ordered are out of stock, including flavorings and fruit add-ins. We were able to get substitute drinks and it still took them forever to get those to us. When leaving we noticed that the outside of the restaurant was dirty, with overflowing trash cans. I would say that maybe this restaurant will get it in order but based on previous reviews, it seems like it has been struggling a while. This is one of the very few places I would say avoid.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Sat and waited 15-20 minutes. Drove off to find they gave us cold to very mildly warm food. Not sure what the wait was for if the food was not fresh and hot!! Highly suggest stopping somewhere else!!

All the food we received from here was awful. All of our deep fried items looked and tasted like it had been sitting around and they just threw it back in the fryer to heat it back up. My daughter’s onion rings were mush and barely had any breading on them.
We spent about $55, and the only items that were decent were the drinks.

We all asked for small milk shakes or slushies and the guy gave us all medium at no extra charge. We had a good laugh, jokingly asking him if we looked like we needed mediums. So funny very nice guy!

This was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. We pulled into a bay to order and the screen was off and the new smash burger we wanted was not displayed so we ordered online. Said it would be about 10 minutes. We waited about 20 minutes as the person at the drive thru speaker had been sitting there the entire time so we just assumed they were busy. Finally hit the button to ask and she told us to come to the drive thru window. I’d be fine with all of that if our food wasn’t burnt to a crisp. It was disgusting! I really tried to eat it but the amount of charred bits was unacceptable. Plus it was missing the pickles and onions. Also, this burger is almost $8??! I can go to McDonald’s and get the same size burger for $3 and it would be a thousand times better. This Sonic was horrible but even having gone to another one not long ago the food was gross. We won’t be back to any Sonic ever, especially this one. Wish I could get my money back.

My experience at this store was terrible. The guy on the drive thru speaker was not only rude but I couldn’t hear him at all. They were out of everything. No chili, no medium or lg drinks, no ice cream, no chicken tenders. Took us nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru. Seriously run it right or shut it down. Awful.

Corndog hard and chewy. Cherry limemade was disgusting. It’s almost like they forgot the syrup. No cherries in it at all. Chicken tasted off.

We went to sonic last night, about a hour before they closed. We ordered and once we got to the window, they told us the card machine was down, but to go to the atm across the street. Inconvenient and would have been nice to be told before ordering. After going to the atm we get our food, and head back home. Once we get home, my super sonic cheesy bacon wasn’t even toasted, nor did it have the second patty. The fries were cold, we had to put them into the oven, the chili cheese burritos were so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted! The only thing okay about this place, was the lady at the window. Extremely disappointing, and we will not come back!

Food was great. Seems like they were short staffed maybe? Drive thru took forever. Drive thru window also smelt like someone just finished smoking something when they opened it. I’m judging people’s personal choices but maybe handle the line of cars in the drive thru first? Food was great though. If that’s what you gotta do to throw down on those burgers then all power to you. Hopefully you get some more help handling the front my guy. Lol…

Every time I have ordered for delivery I have gotten a completely wrong item and at least another item made wrong.
I have tried to order a chocolate chunk brownie blast twice and I ended up with some sort of strawberry shake both times. I really only ordered Sonic because I wanted a blast and didn’t even get one that was remotely near what was ordered.
I ordered 2 cheesy bacon supersonic stacks. Neither had the 2nd patty and the texas toast was just plain bread. The bread wasn’t even toasted. The toppings on my sandwich last time was wrong too.
The refund the delivery app gave me wasn’t even enough to cover the incorrect item I didn’t want. Wish I was given the cost of the wrong item and the difference in cost from having a single patty vs double patties.
This is not a 1 time issue. It’s happeny multiple times I’ve ordered. I enjoy the food when it is correct but how can it be off every time I order?
