I am so happy the Olive Garden brought back Ravioli di Portobello. I hope they continue to have my most favorite dish on the menu. Our server was impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was very clean. When we arrived, we did not have to wait to be seated. We arrived around 5:30.

I ordered shrimp alfredo to-go as a special treat for myself. Working the night shift as a nurse in a hospital means I often can’t sit down to eat until 2 AM. When I finally got to my meal, I was disappointed to find that it was completely inedible. The shrimp wasn’t even cooked, and there was no sauce on the pasta—just dry noodles. As for the garlic bread, it was undercooked, too doughy. I was really unhappy and ended up going through my entire shift hungry. I’m not sure if this was just an off day for the restaurant, but I am definitely dissatisfied. For example, my meal.

I ordered from the catering menu and chose to do curbside pick up. I live in a different time zone and accidentally chose 11 AM to pick up my food which is noon my time. Upon arrival, it was a 10 minutes till 11 my time which is 10 minutes till 10 this particular Olive Garden‘s time. I called. Someone answered the phone. I spoke to them told them what I had done and had them look up my order which was nothing but salads, breadsticks Alfredo sauce, and a pan of chicken fingers for the kids. I explained to him that I was an hour and a half early and he said that they should be able to get it a little bit early. So I sat in their parking lot and watched a minimum of 12 employees come in no customers whatsoever no pick up the inside building wasn’t open . You would’ve thought they could’ve gotten there only curbside pick up order ready in this amount of time, however I am still sitting here at 11:09 waiting for my food. I just called inside and was told we were waiting on fresh bread and it would be 5 to 10 more minutes.I’ve been here for an hour and 20 minutes and yes, I chose the wrong time on the pick up however they have not done anything for anyone since I’ve arrived it is Christmas time and I would’ve appreciated a little bit of kindness. Or at least for it have been done at 11 like I chose. I really wish I wouldn’t have tipped them now.

Ordered take out and couldn’t even eat the salad that was apart of the salad soup and breadsticks. The “salad” included the end of the lettuce and a bunch of slimy rotten pieces.

I mean…it’s an Olive Garden. Just like the one you ate at a couple of months ago when your uncle came to visit from Post Falls, ID. Don’t get me wrong, I love their food, but what more can I say? Ah, here’s something – the staff at this place genuinely try hard and seem to be interested in taking care of their guests, unlike many other restaurants in the area. I’m sure I’ll go back when it’s time to celebrate a coworker’s retirement or something.

Went for Veterans day. It was very busy as to be expected. Despite the dinner rush and lower bills that would come in from the comped meals our server Katrina was great.
We were seated surprisingly quick after initially being quoted a 30 minute wait. She apologized when it took a bit longer to get our sons drink (milk) because it needed to come from the bar. Checked on us multiple times and got our meals out in a timely manner. Overall we received great service under the higher pressure of a busy night like this.

great place! nice for when you want an easy warm comfort meal but don’t feel like cooking. all of the food always comes out great, and so far we always have great service. especially tonight, our server Miranda was super friendly and gave us amazing service. thanks again!

Great food. My Old Fashion was overly “mixed”. I enjoy the prices for a quick lunch and they were open during Hurricane Helene during the post planning period. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the bar area is nice.
