Our first visit to Prost! Located in the center of downtown Frankenmuth, this charming, wine and charcuterie restaurant has a casual but elegant feel. Gluten free options were plentiful and clearly labeled on the menu (see photos). Actually, 90%of the menu is gluten free. We decided to try the Spanish Mezclar Charcuterie. The selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments were delicious and served along with a selection of bread and crackers, as well as a side of sliced and toasted gluten free baguette. The bacon wrapped water chesnuts with fig glaze were the perfect combination of crunchy, smoky, and sweetness. For entrees chose the Smash Burger w/ bacon & avocado and a side of potato wedges, as well as the Mushroom Risotto (gluten free). The Smash Burger was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Mushroom risotto is a favorite of my wife’s and Prost’s did not disappoint tonight. For dessert we went with the Tiramisu (NOT gluten free) and the Crème Brûlée (gluten free). Both were delicious. If you’re ever in the Frankenmuth area, Prost is the place to go for a delicious gluten free meal!

Great menu, great food, and great service!
We really enjoyed our visit to Prost. The bruschetta was absolutely delicious, and the espresso martini was perfection.
My only critique is that the patio was mostly empty, yet we were seated at the smallest two-top tucked against the window while several larger four-top tables were open. It felt a little cramped for the two of us.
Other than that, everything was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back—next time I’ll just ask for a bigger table.

We really enjoyed our visit to Prost!. The drinks were fantastic. I got the Peachy Keen and absolutely loved it. Perfectly mixed, refreshing, and super flavourful. My wife ordered the Prost Hot Chocolate with toasted marshmallows, and she was obsessed with it.
For food, we tried the Farmhouse Cheese Charcuterie and the Whipped Honey Ricotta appetizer. Everything was delicious. The cheeses were phenomenal, the whipped ricotta was rich and smooth, and the fresh bread that came with it tied everything together beautifully.
We’ll absolutely be returning next time we’re in the area. The charcuterie options are incredible, and the appetizers and mains all looked amazing. Such a cozy, tasty spot.

We ordered the French Dip sandwich, French onion, Honey Ricotta app, Bruschetta, whitefish spread, ham and brie sandwich. All were absolutely amazing! This is likely the best restaurant in the whole area.
Aly was the best server we could ask for! She was really attentive, and helped split the French dip and ham and brie sandwiches without even us asking! It made splitting family style so much easier. Thank a ton Aly and Prost staff for the great birthday dinner! We’ll be sure to be back 🙂

This was an amazing experience, our server was wonderful we are a family of 3 and it was pretty reasonable for the service we got. My daughter got the gnocchi with a tomato sauce, my husband and I split the wedge salad and the pork chop that was served with mushroom risotto. For our appetisers we got the Bavarian pretzel with an out of this world beer cheese and honey mustard, we also got the bacon water chestnuts. For drinks my daughter got a lavender Italian soda, I had a lavender cocktail, and my husband had a smoked old fashion. This is by far the best place to eat in frankenmuth I would 100% recommend.

Finally got to go out for a nice lunch after months of not being able to due to unforseen circumstances. Prost as per usual did not disappoint! It has always been one of our favorite places to go and today further solidified why. Today we dined at the frankenmuth location for brunch and our server Nate was fantastic! He was very personable, had answers for questions I had and if he didnt he went and found out. On top of that the food was AMAZING! I ordered the brunch burger and I can say its by far the best burger I have had in a long time. My fiancé got the chorizo bowl and absolutely loved it. We did also order cinnamon rolls which looked phenomenal and we will deff be having as a late night snack. Needless to say it was overall a great experience and we will continue to come back for more. ♥️

If I could given them a 10, I would! The Bloody Mary was a special for 5 bucks! Best I’ve ever had. The Mushroom Risotto was OFF THE HOOK! Seriously better than a fine Italian restaurant! The Bacon wrapped water chestnuts were Huge & delicious too we both got the Red Blend wine from Italy ; Marcoto Duo which was perfect smooth & dry with a great finish. To top things off we mentioned we just had a new grandchild born, to our surprise here came a free fudge dessert, with champagne ABD a card signed by all the staff!! Do not pass this place up for a Chicken dinner… you will be glad you came & we will be back for sure!!

Very good choices to create your own Charcuterie Board or choose one already prepared. Great food, beer and wine choices. The wines on tap were surprising Good! Wednesday is half price bottle on the menu. Bartender and servers are personable and knowledgeable. Fun time!

Went this morning for brunch with my wife and 2 of my daughters.
It was fabulous. I ordered the biscuits and gravy / biscuits benedict. The gravy was a bit thicker than I would prefer but the combo of the two dishes made for quite a treat.
I got mine with the side salad option. I would have preferred the salad in its own dish as to avoid the dressing mixing with the gravy.
Overall very good food and excellent service.

The atmosphere was quite nice and our server offered great suggestions for wine and food. We enjoyed a nice red wine from Spain (half price because it was Wine Wednesday!) and a charcuterie board that we created. They also have curated boards on the menu, along with a variety of other menu items, from soups and salads to sandwiches and entrees. We dined in a cozy corner inside but they also have a beautiful patio where a band was playing.
