Won’t rank the atmosphere since it was a to go order. Coworker Ordered to-go chicken tenders on the website. There was no option for preferences or “well-done”, so I called the store and asked if they could make the order well done, and the woman said “we’re not allowed to make chicken well done” that’s weird. I just got my chicken well done from another chick fil a last week. So I called corporate and they confirm that chicken can in fact be ordered well done. This chewy, soft mess is what I received with my order. Why does a chicken place sell BREADED chicken that has the texture of GRILLED chicken? It’s ridiculous, embarrassing, and never should have happened in the first place, considering you can order well done at a chick fil a. If I wanted soft chicken with no crunch, I wouldn’t have ordered it with breading.

Wow! I can’t even begin to describe our experience at this chick fil a. Elias absolutely rocked our world and gave us an extraordinary experience through the drive thru. He was attentive and kind and diligent about making sure our order was perfect and that we felt right at home. We will be back!!! Thank you Elias!!!

How can you have a drive-through line that wraps around the building twice selling a chick fillet sandwich every five minutes and then serve a cold one? Not only was the chicken cold, but the bun was cold and fell apart as I ate it.. I had to throw it away and don’t get me started on your drive-through lane with the little safety white lane separator things wrapped around half the building? Whose brilliant idea was that? It is a hot mess in Newport, Kentucky. They are such a hazard they’re not helping anything.. you can’t even get out of the parking lot from all the drive-through traffic and those stupid white things.

Waited and ordered in the drive thru and just ordered a number 1. Was given a whole grain bun with no chicken just a bun, and it was also the wrong bun.

Didnt think it was that hard to mess up chicken on bread. They didnt really go out of their way to recover the order outside of laughing about it and giving me a new sandwich.

The food was very underwhelming. My Mac and cheese bowl was half full. The nuggets were not crispy enough. The side of pickles was as little as possible. We had to wait in a long line only to be pulled forward to a parking spot to wait longer.

Went through drive thru. Ordered two chicken sandwich meals and a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Received a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, one fry and one chicken sandwich. Parked and went into the store. Manager was super helpful in getting me the second chicken sandwich and 2nd of 3rd fry I wanted. Got home and one of the chicken sandwiches was just two buns, no chicken. Very sad

The service is excellent. They really do a good job of making you feel welcomed and at home. The spicy chicken deluxe was delicious and I was very impressed with the waffle fries. For $10 and some change you get a great experience and meal.

Food was awful, first time that’s happened, but the staff was hard working and attentive. Wish i had had time to check the order but you are rushed through the drive through. I understand that, they are very efficient and the system works to keep it moving. The staff working outside was the only reason that the review wasn’t worse. They get 5stars

The food is good, they don’t handle allergy requests well. My wife had a allergic reaction after I specified to the staff about the allergy. This was also after I had order remade because it was wrong the first time. Chick-fil-A can do better.

My only wish is that the owners of Chik-fil-A could train other fast food places the work ethic and professionalism that these young employees have. The food is always hot, and you are never in drive through long, even when the line is long!
