I always have a good consistent experience at McDonalds. Prices are better than most places. Combos about $2 less than BK. The app is the best in the industry, seriously I have several. This location is busy but my food was quick, tasty, and cheap. Best sweet tea in the area, hands down.

I had the worst possible dining experience here. Allow me to set the scene. I just worked two shifts and I’m exhausted. I order one single item off the menu, and wait. 45 minutes pass. I know that this McDonald’s is so understaffed it should be illegal, so I don’t say anything. A fellow customer then points out that my order has been sitting on the kitchen counter for God only knows how long. The cashier says he called out the number multiple times, but I was sitting in the booth nearest to the checkout, listening intently the entire time. I don’t think the employee was lying, but if they did call out the number they did it very quietly. Said employee offered to remake my order, but I was angry and didn’t want to say anything rude to them, so I just left emptyhanded. I am not coming back here. I genuinely can’t believe I spent $8 to stare at an add on a napkin holder for 45 minutes. WHO EVEN PUTS ADDS ON NAPKIN HOLDERS, THAT’S MESSED UP?! This McDonald’s is a tragic waste of a street corner and I hope the employees all find better jobs and leave this place until it falls into ruin and is replaced by a local business that actually FUNCTIONS!

They young man with black medium hair was working the drive thru tonight and both other times he’s been there we have had the best experience with customer service out of any mcdonalds. The guy deserves a raise and if every mcdonalds had guys like that it’d be a much better experience.

Large fry?…. Why did I spend $5 for a half filled L fry?
Not only do things get pricier and they charge you $10 for a $5 meal. This location specifically does this to me almost every time I go through. So now I’m getting LESS food for more $$$.
This could be fixed by having better Quality Assurance PRIOR to giving it to the customer.

Went through the drive-thru and they had me pull around to the front and they were going to bring me my food. After 25 minutes I went in there my food was still not ready and then when I got it my order was wrong.

All together bad! I bought a double quarter pounder burger and a small fry and it was disgusting! The burger was not cooked at all. It was cold and raw with a light sear on the front and back and the fries were ice cold and stale. McDonald’s isn’t known for fine dining but they should serve edible food. The picture I took of the burger patty is after I had the meat on the stove to cook more, and it is still raw. The service was also horrible. Rude people taking orders and taking forever only to serve inedible disasters. Very upset.

One of the worst places in aberdeen. Ive had far too many issues with my orders, not to mention absolutely atrocious customer service. Ive actually had one of their staff not only argue with me but then lie about me to the manager in training in front of me, like I wouldn’t say anything! I definitely did say something to the young lady who was in training to be manager. And absolutely avoid this place at all costs now. I understand Ronald is a Clown, but this place doesn’t need to be a circus.

Went through the drive throand they have a pool just around the blind corner as I pull up to the drive-through window to pay. It has been hit multiple times and sticks out. It damaged my brand new vehicle. I took photos. Talk to the manager on-site. He said he would pass my information and took photos and said the owner would be in contacted with me right away. It’s been 2 weeks, and nobody has contacted me.
