The food was pretty good. Ordered three sandwiches and one didn’t quite come out right. Service was great. Those guys are fast. Should have ordered 2 milkshakes the girlfriend kept drinking mine.

this is my first time here. I love the drive-in style where you’re sitting in your car and they come out, take your order and deliver it right to your car. Also, the tray that sits on the window is a cool old school touch.. The food was really good. Portions are a little on the small side, but still a very good value.. also they’re open super late night to one or 1:30 AM

This is unacceptable! I ordered a double cheeseburger, and the buns were completely burnt. The condiments were haphazardly applied, making a mess everywhere. To make matters worse, the burger was undercooked—when I cut into it, blood oozed out. I won’t be purchasing from this location again.

I came on a slow Tuesday evening at 5 o’clock and waited 30 mins before asking my server what was taking so long? There wasn’t many cars and I was confused. I was greeted rudely being told this is the time it takes I don’t know what to tell you! Not I’ll check on your order let me see what’s going on. Great food always but first bad experience as a return customer.

I swear this location uses old beef sometimes. Never had a problem with other swensons, and yes their patties are sweeter, but every time I try this one, you can tell when you bite in that the taste is weirdly off, then I can’t finish my burger, and then you wake up in the middle of the night crapping your colon out. Thought maybe the first couple times it was a fluke, but nah it’s like every time. The Akron Swensons’ are fine. Just gotta be honest. Please get better. Swensons is a great brand. This location does a lot of damage to the name by not doing things right.

Swensons makes incredible food. Its a little pricey, but the food is worth it. The atmosphere of a drive-in is nice, even for a younger audience.

They serve excellent burgers and onion rings. The service can go either way as they are under staffed. The servers run to take your order. Last night there was one server, he was busting his ass to keep up, along with making milk shakes. The kitchen staff was slacking. For being a Thursday, it was packed, I presume because they were under staffed. I will keep going there.

Quick and friendly service. Good food. Their burgers are sweet so in my opinion so they have a different taste than most burgers. This isn’t in a bad way though. My only knock about Swensons is that their drinks are small and are mostly ice. The potato teezers were my favorite! They are like a love child of a jalapeño popper and a tater tot! Yum!
