Tonya was a sweetheart. Very attentive and personable. Steaks were very good. We both got the Sirloin 6 oz which was more than enough. The Brussel sprouts cooked in honey butter was excellent. Side salads were very good and filling. I had oil and vinegar dressing while my husband had ranch dressing. The Moscato wine was excellent.

We came to long horn for a Valentine’s Day dinner, Long Horn had a new menu item called Parmigiana Crusted Fries, an hour after eating these I was very sick, come to find out I have Food poisoning from these fries and so does my fiancée.. we realized it was food poisoning because later on my fiancé ate some and he became very sick. While the couple we were having dinner with did not get the fries and they were fine.

Friday evenings is a busy time for LongHorn Steakhouse. It was hard to believe the amount of food that was being taken out of the kitchen by anybody available to serve guests. It still didn’t take long to get a table or our dinner? The four of us enjoyed our meal. Our waitress was exceptional, helpful, and cordial despite the busy evening.

Our Server was great. He was attentive and took good care of our time there. . Food was good steak, sweet potato and blue cheese dressing salad.
One Reception staffer was not great. Not service aligned. Seemed not interested in his job or customer service his hair was in his face and he was constantly moving it out of the way. Why wear a style that is constantly in your eyes and need if adjustment? Attention to detail is missing from a service perspective pick up trash in floor or a dropped fork under a table, don’t sit the cleaning solution in front of me at the check in desk. They are almost there for a pleasant experience to make it really good. Need some staff mentoring and support

Overall it was okay, the waitress was very nice but more than half of our food was cold. When the shrimp and rice got brought back out the second time it was obviously just microwaved and extra butter added. The table next to us also said their food was cold. It was quick seating but we waited an hour for cold food

Absolute WORST food I’ve ever eaten and I’ve been to restaurants all over the world. Both my son and I had to return the bloody steaks. Was left with mashed potatoes that tasted like total crap. Couldn’t even eat them. Brought steaks back and, although less bloody, tasted like the cow came from a war zone in Afghanistan. My son’s Ribeye was literally mushy. My sirloin was tough with absolutely NO SEASONINGS. $93.00 for that BS! Spoke to manager and asked the steaks be taken off bil. “Well how much did you eat?” “Sir…one bite each! I’m from Montana where the cows are real and steaks are like no other. This here is NOT a true, well-cooked steak.” Acting like I’m lying…with an attitude, he took off both meals. (Did appreciate that!) We left a 110% tip for the waitress because SHE was worth it!

Me and my family were craving a great steak, and I’m so glad we chose LongHorn Steakhouse in Perry. The environment was welcoming, and the steaks were incredibly flavorful. Everything was spot on. First impressions are often the most important and at the least set the tone for everything else. I walked in the door and there is the score from the latest health department inspection. A 100 out of a possible 100 points is a very good first impression. My wife and I had a very good experience with both the service and the food. For a meal I got the Buffalo shrimp off the appetizer menu and added a load potato and my wife had a steak that was cooked as she ordered it and was tender and tasty.

Not a good night at the Perry Longhorn… We left before we even ordered. Not sure who was managing tonight, but they had everyone crowded on one side of the restaurant – assuming they didn’t have enough help. Makes it hard on the servers who are there. In addition, please always choose the right person as your greeter… Desperate for consistent good food and customer service in Perry!
