We’ve visited Supra twice already this month, and every time the experience has been amazing. The food is incredibly flavorful, satisfying, and beautifully presented you can truly feel the care in every detail.
I especially want to recognize Ana for her outstanding service. She is attentive to every detail and always there exactly when you need her. She gave fantastic recommendations that made choosing dishes easy and enjoyable. And a special thank you to GM Sergei, who always welcomes us with a warm smile and checks in throughout the evening to make sure everything is perfect.

Supra has officially become our favorite restaurant again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

This was my first time trying out Georgian cuisine, and boy did it live up to my expectations! The restaurant was pretty packed for a Sunday night, but we were seated within ten minutes of our arrival. We were served complimentary champagne while we perused the menu.

We started off with some chicken croquettes that were crispy and mildly flavoured to begin with. Then, we had their ajaruli khachapuri — this was sooooo good. The combination of the cheese mixed with the butter and egg tasted delicious. The khachapuri was pretty big and can easily be started between four people. Then came the pork and beef khinkali which basically consists of three/five huge dumplings(you can choose the amount) — the mincemeat stuffing is mildly spiced and the whole dumpling is kinda soupy but it tastes great.

After all these dishes we were sorta full, but still decided to order the mixed grill platter which came with three kinds of meat (pork, chicken, and lamb), roasted potatoes, roasted bell peppers and three kinds of dips. The kebab pieces were again quite generously sized and we were unable to finish them all so we decided to pack them up.
I don’t know where we had the space after all this to think about dessert but we did!! We ended up getting their honey cake which tasted great and was totally worth it!

All in all, the whole experience — service, food, ambience — was simply superb. Loved it absolutely. 🙂

Went for a Galentines celebration brunch. Every dish was delicious and fresh! Only one server for the main area so service was slow but once we ordered the food came out fast! Would recommend: pancakes, mushroom omelette, cheese/potato dumpings, sokos khachapuri, and Lobio kotanshi.

FANTASTIC!! Everything was phenomenal! Service was friendly & attentive. The lamb chops were especially delicious and the khachapuri will satisfy any cheese lovers palate. An excellent choice for medium to large groups so you can share as much as possible!

Also, I noticed the separate bar area which was spacious and tucked away from the rest of the bustling restaurant which looks like a great date spot!

Staff is friendly and diverse. Very fast service and the restaurant itself does feel
georgian.

Food was horrible though. Maybe for an untrained american tastebud it would be different and full of flavors but in reality the food was, to say the most, edible.

They do not have anything actually authentic outside of sauces and lemonade.

Pork Mtsvadi (bbq) came absolutely raw. The inside was dripping blood and not in a way that’s actually tasty.
I sliced one and they replaced only one slice after that, I sliced all of it and discovered all of them were raw. Again, not in a way that was actually tasty or on purpose. They just plain undercooked it. Gladly, it was taken out of the check. Staff was friendly.

Khinkali dough was not machine kneaded it was hand knead so it was uneven and unprofessional, in my opinion. The beef in Khinkali was dense. It was like biting into a meatball rather than what it actually should have been.

Potatos with tarragon sauce were mildly good.

I would not recommend to go here because it didn’t taste Georgian at all. I am Georgian so I would know.
They do not have actual unique or authentic Georgian tastes.

Went there hoping to taste home for a minute. Ended up angry.

This was our party’s first time dining with Supra – and I’m so glad we did! We came in for dinner on a Thursday night during restaurant week, and it was a delicious meal at what I would consider a great deal. Highly recommend the pork ojakhuri and bostneuli (veggie) platter [pic]. The mini-ajaruli khachapuri was amaaaazing; it’s a little bread boat with cheese and an egg yolk inside that they mix up at the table. SO delicious. The grape dessert was light and made the perfect ending to our meal. I was also glad to see they had multiple delicious non-alcoholic options. Loved the limeade and strawberry refresher! The restaurant is a beautiful space, the staff was super friendly, and our waiter made great recommendations.

This place is amazing, probably my new favorite restaurant in DC! Our waitress Veronica was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and about Georgian wines. The Schuchmann saperavi was delicious. Highly recommend the Khachapuri, pork belly, and honey cake!

Excellent selection of ethnic Georgian cuisine. Everything that we ordered was of very high quality and well spiced.

Decor and ambiance were nice as well. A nice cool garden level space with darker colors and wood.

If you’ve never had Georgian before you should definitely give this spot a try.

Excellent experience. First time there and we loved the food, wine, and atmosphere. I was only disappointed by the pork shoulder dish, which was the most expensive item on the menu and had almost no pork and all potatoes. It was also my least favorite dish of tue 4 we tried. Service was a little slow, but every time we garnered their attention, they were pleased to assist.

I just had one of the best meals in DC at Supra and I cannot recommend it enough! If you’re looking for a vibrant and unforgettable dining experience featuring authentic Georgian cuisine, this is the place.
The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a delicious dinner. We dove right into the appetizers, starting with the beautiful Phkali Platter. Seriously, the pictures don’t capture how stunning this board was! The assortment of colorful vegetable pates…from the bright purple cabbage to the rich green spinach and walnut mixtures – was a textural and flavor masterpiece. It’s the ideal way to start and share.
We quickly followed that up with the legendary Khinkali (soup dumplings). These perfectly pleated pockets were absolute comfort food! They were so flavorful and juicy and you can tell they were made with care. And of course, no Georgian meal is complete without Khachapuri! We got the famous boat-shaped variety (Ajaruli) and it was pure bliss- a warm, gooey boat of perfectly baked dough filled with rich cheese, butter and a beautiful egg yolk waiting to be mixed in. For the main event, we ordered the Lamb Chops served with seasoned potatoes and caramelized onions. The lamb was grilled perfectly—tender, smoky, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. The tangy dipping sauce served alongside them elevated the dish even further.
Every single dish was outstanding, full of fresh ingredients and clearly prepared with passion. If you’re looking for a truly unique and delicious meal in DC, Supra is a must-try. Go for the Khinkali, stay for the whole menu!
Five Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
