Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. Waited 10+ minutes at the drive-thru window without being greeted or given any update on my order.
When I finally knocked on the window, the employee told me my sandwich wasn’t ready but offered no apology or explanation. When I said I’d just take my coffee since I was in a hurry, she walked away without responding.
She got another employee who was working on the ice cream machine. When I asked what that had to do with my order, she also walked away without apologizing. Both employees then talked about me within earshot and I could hear them mocking me and laughing after they finally gave me my order.
This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Zero communication about wait times, dismissive attitude, and rude behavior. I’ve been a customer for years but this experience was unacceptable. Management needs to address staff training and customer service standards at this location.

I actually had a very nice conversation with the manager working noonish. Told her that the food ordering kiosks i thought we’re bad idea. I’m just 1 person but if it’s posted the info gets out. You select start order button. Touch sandwich menu. All I want is that McChickan sandwich. 1st sandwich from the list. I don’t want any fries, I’ve got a coke in the truck, no dessert. I just want to touch the Pay Now Button that should be on every screen. Think of WallyWorld’s self check-out at any time because pay now button always on the screen there should be a backup button (reverse) right beside the Pay Now Button. Keep it simple stupid! That’s the way I think. I told her I didn’t feel i should feel work/stress just trying to order & eat. I told her I’d been eating at McDonald’s for over 55years I’m 63yrs and I will not eat at McDonald’s ever again. I did it when fried chicken / selling the biggest Mexican fast food brand they swiched from people taking your order to having to use the Kiosk. That was the last time I ate there. Been 1 1/4 years. I miss that Mexican fast food. The manager politely, stood there & listend to me, payed attention, understanding my concern. She apologized for my inconveniences and for my struggling. Then repeated the concerns back to me. Her smile never left her face! I’ll go out of my way just to eat their. When I walk away I felt calm not excited &no pissed off either. Thank you

Very good service! We orders a big order at midnight and they did a great job meeting out request and getting it out quickly! Very funny stay would come here again!

UPDATE: +1 star for owner response. Will update again after the next few visits (don’t know when that will be).
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Food quality at this location is very inconsistent. You might get nice, fresh fries that are salted well; you might get old fries; you might get unsalted fries; you might even get overcooked (almost burnt) fries. Last time my family went, my son’s burger was assembled so sloppy that over half of the patty was hanging out of the bun. I don’t expect Iron Chef quality food and service from any McDonalds, but a little care and consistency would be nice.

I buy from here constantly and they never have smart enough employees to use my McDonalds code I use my codes any other day at any other McDonalds and these employees are to dumb to do it right I’m not sure if it’s their system or what but the manager is not doing a very good job at keeping the app in check and whenever I order through the app my food always arrives cold and almost a hour after I order it when it’s not even a 5 minute drive

I use the mobile app every morning around 2:45 to 3 am. I usually have no issues, but now the the app states that the location is closed when its supposed to be a 24 hr location. The service really went to crap after moving management.

Ordered 20 McNuggets, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 medium fries, sweet and sour sauce, and ranch. We got 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 medium fry, 6 piece nugget, and mccrispers, no sauce. 17 bucks AND it was an ONLINE order.
