What I paid for versus what I got… someone needs retraining, quality gets worse each visit. I live in another city and didn’t realize the sandwich was missing ingredients until I got home.

I stopped at Culver’s on my way home from work tonight..as I was hesitant to stop bc they closed in eight minutes-and being I work in the food, industry and know how that goes. However, I stopped and tried to order quickly. The girls in the front at the window were so pleasant and polite. Molly and Sadie are the two that helped me. They were Energetic, polite and just so sweet. They were knowledgeable with the menu and I didn’t feel rushed at all… I just felt the need to write a review being I know how the food industry is and can be so stressful at times. Thank you to these two ladies who truly made my night!!! I will be back again to visit Sadie and Molly- Great customer service attitude and overall just oh so sweet

This is the “two scoop” sundae lol it’s not even filled up and doesn’t have whipped cream so not sure how it could be a sundae and mind you this is almost $8 . What a joke. Service was pretty mediocre didn’t even say have a nice day or really acknowledge me , pretty much looked the other way the entire encounter so I didn’t get a chance to tell them anything before they shut the window. I used to work for Culver’s a long time ago and this would not be an acceptable sundae served. Ours were always filled to the top. I didn’t not take a bite out of this yet either.

I’ve been to this location once before & had 0 issue, this time there was hair in my burger. My wife & I both have dark curly hair, this is lighter & straight. An unfortunate experience because I was really enjoying my food until that last bite

Staying nearby and tried this location for the first time (having eaten at a few other locations recently)
Staff very friendly (as always) and happily brought our food to our table outside.
Burgers were hot and fresh.
The patties were very flavoursome with lovely crispy edges.
The bun was soft and fresh as well as the tomato and lettuce.
Got the Georgia peach concrete as well which was really good.
Will definitely be back!

I don’t understand the appeal of this place. I’ve tried it a few times and it’s in my opinion just not worth the cost. The burgers are either dry or overly greasy, the “world renowned” cheese curds are overly salty (and I like salty food). Food seems to be just barely over room temp even if I eat right after pickup. On top of that the price for what you get is a bit high. Close to 20 bucks for “value basket” thays harldy a value is a bit steep..

This is the worst Culvers I have ever been to. I brought my family there to eat one afternoon and could not believe how disgusting the food was. I literally took the slice cheese off the sandwich and dangled it. What really set me off is that they did that to us and we’re sitting right in the restaurant which feels like it was intentional. I’ll never return their again and will definitely let everyone I know about the horrible service.
