My server Jonathan, oh if only words were enough to serve his grace. The dim lights of this fine Chili’s establishment welcomed me, but now I lament them, for they prevented me from seeing him in his full beauty. His eyes shone like the glittering fractal lights of the chips grease reflecting, his smile warmed me like the oozing mozzarella block. I loved everything and everyone at this location, and Jonathan is the crown jewel of it all. Bless him, and bless this chilis.

My friends and I came down today for lunch and we had Jonathan as our server. We had amazing service. He really put the effort in to make our afternoon nice. Not to mention the food came cooked well and tasted great. Overall, our experience was perfect.

The food is amazing. I got the triple dipper and molten chocolate cake and it was so delicious!! My server Lacey/Lacie was great, she’s very fast and friendly. 10/10 service and we will definitely be coming back.

Johnathan, our server, was amazing. He was efficient, courteous, helpful and friendly. He made sure we knew what we were getting with our order and even made a few suggestions which enhanced experience. He was very attentive to our child’s needs and made sure he was taken care of also. If I could request him each time we dine there I would. Thanks Jonathan for a great experience. The food was terrific as usual.

My wife and I had just ordered when she got called in, so we got weirdly delayed for 35 minutes in the middle of our meal. Jonathan was on top of it, got things taken care of, and had us fresh food shortly after she’d returned. A great overall experience and an excellent save for what could have been a really thrown off date night.

My, my husband and granddaughter stopped by for dinner. It was around 3:30 and really not crowded. We hadn’t been here for probably 8 years. The menu seems to have shrunk and prices have increased. Evidently there is no happy hour, as a Budweiser bottle was around $5.50 which is a lot higher than most places around Yukon. Food was okay. My granddaughter and I both had a pasta dinner and we both felt ill after. My husband had the rib eye which was so so. Probably wait another 8-10 years to return.

Chili’s is always awesome. I have never had a bad experience here. Today was even better than ever! Our waiter was new, but probably the absolute best waiter I have had the pleasure of being served by. Darius is just amazing! We got to speak with the manager on duty and was pleased to hear about all the great things that Darius has been doing. I hope he rewards him with a raise and all the hours he wants. This young man is just the absolute best!

The quality of their food was absolutely horrible. 3 adults and 2 kids and not one of us ate our meals. We tried those new cheese sticks. They were so greasy and I didn’t like the flavor. Kids pizzas were cold and soggy. We will never return or spend hard earned money to eat here again. Microwave meal would have been better.

We visited this location on 12/31/25 around 5-6 pm. Our waitress, Payton, was amazing!! She was very quick, checked on us often, personable, and very down to earth. loved her and hope the next time we visit, we can get seated in her section!!
