One of the worst Taco Bell locations in the area. You will never get a full burrito, taco or anything else you order. They are intentionally understaffed and only take one car at a time in the drive thru. Don’t bother paying for any upgrades, you won’t get them. And anything you do actually get is sloppy. If you’re craving the Bell, go to any other location.

I’m upset just ordered had to run back to work. It seems if I don’t round up every time my food isn’t put together well. I always round up and am at Taco Bell usually every day with my kids or myself. When I don’t I get this and it’s a little frustrating to bit into a tortilla with shredded cheese not melted.

I came thru here today and got 2 cantina crispy chicken tacos and neither of them where melted with the cheese on the outside I was nice and courteous when I came back through to get a remake the guy at the window didn’t seem like he knew where he was even at the person in the kitchen came to the window and just held her hand out I assumed for the taco that was to be re made even though I’m pretty sure you can’t take food back through the window (don’t quote me I could be wrong) either way she snatched it out of my hand looked at it and gave me a dirty look throw it in the trash with attitude and shut the window the guy who was in the window brought me my order of cinibuns that I order the second time through and I asked him if there was a number on the receipt I could call to give a review he said he didn’t know then I asked how long he worked there he said a year not sure how you don’t know that so I asked if there was a manager he said no you can call later when there is one I asked when later he said he didn’t know really he just shrugged his shoulders then he shut the window came back with my new remade tacos that where smashed and broken because the woman making food was mad she had to re make it I’ve came thru here many times at least twice a week for the for the past year and a half I have never been more disgusted with the food service and customer service of this place I worked in fast food for years and I would never dream of treating a customer the way I was treated here today I wouldn’t recommend going thru there around 9:30pm really need to clean house on a few of there staff think it’s time for a change over in employees and I’m not one to leave reviews but this visit was ridiculous to say the least

Have been here 3-4 times in the past 6 months. Always ordered the Mexican pizza. Never have received it but I paid for it the first time I called They were very rude. Probably my fault for going back. The food is thrown in the bag. The nacho fries ice cold save money and time don’t go there. I ordered a #9 and got just 1 taco off of that. Good luck

As a pregnant woman that just drove 15mins out her way to get food from a store that closed 20mins early, I’m highly pissed off. If it say 4am there is no reason you’re closed before then. 12/22/25 This is the worst freaking Taco Bell when it comes to late night service. I can’t even put it on all the crew members because during the day I have no issues. No reason you should be running my card 3 dang gone times then have the nerve to say there are no funds. Yea because you’re running it and canceling the order and trying to run it again after it took it out the account. I’m so sick and tired of them. Then they never have a resolution just empty apologies. I’m so sick and tired of them honestly. This is why their review score is low now.

We come pretty often and every time the girl with the fun hair clips is always the nicest to us. The food is generally pretty good wether we come at 1pm or 1am :>

Never had a problem here, but last visit a few days ago they left the sauce out that I requested. Not one single pack for 4 Taco’s and 4 Burritos. It was after 7pm, they weren’t very busy and I didn’t feel like going back after I got home and found no sauce. Someone needs to do their job instead of standing around.
