I had not been to a Popeyes in decades. I wanted to see how it was so I figured I would try it. The drive-thru guy was talking to someone inside, I could hear the conversation. Finally, he got to me. I was using a coupon. He asked for the coupon code. WTH is a coupon code? It took several minutes to place a simple order. Get to the window and wasn’t greeted with a smiling face but a bag stuck out the window, which I guessed was my order. Get home and notice the bag is greasy!!! The fries were hot. The chicken was pretty good after I took it off the bun. Wasn’t as large as some of the pics I see. I can say with all certainty that I probably won’t be back.

This is not the first time I’ve been here. This has never happened to me ANYWHERE! I went through the drive-through and was greeted immediately by a woman saying that they had only chicken left and that was fine. We proceeded to ask how much their chicken sandwich and fries were alone and how much the combo was and they proceeded to tell us to just pull up to the window. When we get there they had already made the sandwich and fries yet still did not confirm if we wanted just a sandwich and fries or a combo and still did not answer the question that we had about how much it would be. After feeling hurried, we decide to get the combo. $11.##, could have gone to McDonald’s for way less. We receive the drink 2/3 full and when I asked to get the soda filled up all the way they give us a second drink and we check our bag to make sure everything is correct and the manager proceeded to rush us saying that they had a timer and that the minutes we’re going up, basically telling us to go, and my mom does not speak English very well and neither one of us like to be rushed, he proceeded to tell us again for the second time that his timer was going up, like as if it was our problem. Never have I had this kind of experience where a drive-through worker would rush us in an empty line at 9 o clock at night. We were only checking on making sure we had everything we needed, and no one was behind us in the drive through… what kind of employee does that??? Do not recommend and neither of the employees attitudes were friendly from the beginning.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at your drive-through.
When I arrived, the menu board was not working, so I was unable to see what was available to order. I chose the drive-through because that is how I normally order. When I reached the window and politely asked the employee what I could order for one person, she refused to assist me and stated that her “clock was ticking” and told me I needed to come inside instead.
Her tone was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she responded by slamming the window shut.
This behavior was unacceptable. Customers should not be treated disrespectfully for asking basic questions, especially when the menu board was not functioning. I expect better service and professionalism from your team.
I would appreciate this matter being addressed with district management and a response regarding how this will be handled.

Last night I ordered from Popeyes (Order #86) and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for regular (mild) but they gave me everything spicy, and I don’t eat spicy at all. They also didn’t have any fries or sandwiches left, so they offered me strips instead – and those were the worst strips I’ve ever had.
I’ve been to different Popeyes before and usually the food is good, but at this location, the quality was terrible and it seemed like the team didn’t care about the orders. I spent $30 for food I couldn’t even eat. I’m requesting a refund for my order because this was just unacceptable.

From the busted parking lot, to the mom with 6 kids screaming, and manager with perm golds, this was exactly how i knew it was gonna be a GREAT Popeyes. Chicken was ON POINT, manager was so busy trying to catch up while under staffed he legit thought I was waiting for the order he was cooking. Realized I had been waiting and was hella fast to remedy the situation. Didn’t catch his name but full golds and I believe manager. Give him a raise. Them biscuits were on point. Place was well cleaned all around. Sweet tea was sweet and fresh. Rice and beans were perfect, mashed was perfect, cheese curds made perfect. Tenders were perfect.

We got chicken sandwiches. The bun is good. Chicken is crispy and delicious. All is good. We asked for no mayo no pickles. We also asked for hot sauce. Everything is done perfectly. We got it via drive through. I would have given it a 5/star. I’m giving it a 4-star because the wait is really long. The cashier is very pleasant and friendly though. We will return.

This is by far the best Popeyes; I’ve been going there since their opening. My daughter was 3 at the time and now she’s 35, just to give you an idea. I’ve been to different Popeyes, from Sand Lake to MetroWest area, even the one just 10 minutes away from me in BVL, I rather drive to this one. Im not saying they’ve never made a mistake, I’m not saying that sometimes their staff is having a bad day, these things happen and who are we to judge, we all have bad days, and make mistakes; it’s all how the mistake is handled. In my case they were excellent from beginning to end. Wayne and his staff were excellent in handling the situation with a smile.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. My local popeyes so I keep trying there but finally gave up. Consistently terrible service. 20 minutes to order, incorrect orders, waiting 20 min for orders because they consistently run out of chicken. Worth driving another 15 minutes for better service. They don’t care and it does not bother them in the least. Go elsewhere…

The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too! Waited 20 minutes just to get home and eat fried chicken fat instead of tenders. Horrible, I couldn’t even go back for a receipt or anything because it was a mad house inside and unsanitary.
