If you’re looking for fresh seafood, this is your sign to visit Auberge Dab. An institution in the heart of Paris, where the décor and atmosphere are exactly what you’d expect from a classic French seafood spot.

We shared everything:
•Gillardeau oysters n°2 (10/10): so fresh and flavorful
•Crevettes grises: not my favorite, wouldn’t order again
•Oursins: not my favorite
•Scallop carpaccio (6/10)
•Avocado & cocktail shrimp (8/10): fresh and tasty
•Profiteroles (10/10)
•Baba au rhum: didn’t try it

The ambiance is fancy but still relaxed, and the staff is friendly.
I’d definitely come back to try more of their cooked dishes

In general, everything is very good. But there are some small things that don’t make it a 5-star experience. For example, the bread wasn’t very fresh, even though they sell fresh baguettes everywhere here. The service wasn’t very friendly and felt like it was on a conveyor belt. This spoiled the whole atmosphere.

We ordered the seafood set (€92), but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. Initially, we were served a separate plate of oysters. Since oysters were also included in the seafood set, we assumed this was simply part of the order being served in stages. Without any explanation, a senior staff member suddenly removed the plate, leaving us confused. Only later, when another staff member brought the actual seafood set, did we learn that the oysters had been given to us by mistake. Fortunately we haven’t touched the oysters.

The way this situation was handled was unprofessional, and the senior staff member’s attitude came across as impolite and dismissive. This significantly affected our dining experience.

Additionally, when paying the bill (€134), we were pressured to leave a tip. Although we eventually added 10%, we felt very uncomfortable doing so, especially given the service we had received.

This was our first visit to Paris, and it is unfortunate that such an experience left us with a very negative impression of this restaurant. We cannot recommend it and will not return.

We ordered Business Club set menu, which is fantastic in meal served and appetizers as well as desserts and drinks associated in the set. Price is seriously worth it with quality of foods and portions. Services from waitress and waiters are really good despite that the restaurant was fully packed, and they are all willing to communicate in English! I strongly recommend this place when you are in Paris and not too far from District 15. by the way the restaurant is very close to M1 and RER E stations.

Went to Auberge Dab tonight. Overall very great experience. I was critical as some comments said it’s a “tourist trap”, but could not see this as any issue. Atmosphere is super, food is great, service is great. We enjoyed it a lot. Anything seafood related is especially awesome and super fresh, but all tasted great, also the meat. Ask waiters for tips and recommendations they know what they talk about. Thank you for a great night out. ❤️

Food is great. Service is horrible. Waiters try to avoid eye contact almost intentionally. Calling out waiters is extremely difficult.
Ordered water, wine and a lot of food but waiters forget to bring out water and wine until we asked again and that was after they brought out some dishes.

I had a dinner at the place in one of their reserved rooms for a professional meeting. I was quiet satisfied with their menu and the professionalism of their staffs. I recommend the seafood though is not the best in Paris.

This restaurant was delicious! We had a great time dining here. Me and my best friend both got the carpaccio and a side of fries and wow! i was actually pretty full afterwards. My friends also got the steak frites with their special sauce and it was also delicious. Honestly anything you get here will be good!

Today, I took my family to L Auberge Dab to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. We arrived at 7:30 PM for a table of six, and after our initial excitement, everything went downhill from there.

We ordered the escargot as an appetizer, which, quite frankly, didn’t justify the wait. Our kids meal receive with appetizer and the main courses? We were left waiting until 9:45 PM! We had to follow up twice, and not once did the staff apologize for the delay.

To make matters worse, we never received our bottle of wine and the ice cream for the kids. The service was not only slow but also felt incredibly unprofessional, as we didn’t feel treated with any respect or equality.

Not only was the food lackluster, but the entire atmosphere was ruined by poor service. This was supposed to be a special celebration, but instead, it turned into a stressful ordeal.

I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. We will never be returning again. It was a terrible experience, and I genuinely regret choosing this restaurant for such an important occasion.
