The old miniature dried up chicken was horrible as well as the old dried up fries. I should have trusted my instincts and gone to a different location. Mac and cheese was scrubbed from the bottom of the pot. Browned and dried up. Highly disappointed for the money spent. Taco bell would have done better.

I spent $30 in order and was missing Mac and cheese. Spoke to Iden the manger and said he would replace. I advise md not worried. However after starting to eat. I had paper in my sandwich from the cheese. Took back to store and he said he was only replacing Mac and cheese. I advised I would call corporate office and he said he didn’t care. This was the manager. Not professional at all. My fries was cold and so was he. I would not recommend this place. My husband and I stopped in for a meal and ordered the 3-piece signature chicken combo with red beans & rice, a chicken sandwich, and the 12-piece classic boneless wings combo with Louisiana garlic and honey BBQ sauces, plus Cajun fries. The food was hot and tasted great, just as expected.
However, the dining experience was disappointing. An employee on break was sitting in the dining area playing music and videos on their phone at full volume. It was so loud that my husband and I could barely hear each other talk, making the atmosphere unpleasant. To make matters worse, their shift manager had to yell across the restaurant to get their attention because their break had gone on longer than allowed. They quickly ran back to work, but the lack of respect and consideration for customers was frustrating.
While the food was good, the unprofessional behavior of the staff made it difficult to enjoy our meal. Management needs to do a better job ensuring a more comfortable dining experience for guests.

Ordered 4 piece spicy with mac & cheese and 2 cinnamon apple pies. Got 1 breast, dry Mac & cheese, missing biscuit and 1 cinnamon apple pie / 1 strawberry cream cheese pie. Atleast if the breast piece was edible would of been satisfied but even that was dry and rock hard.
I can understand it was closing time 1 am, if they would of just let me know we don’t have the items you ordered but we do have x and y, I would of adjusted my order or moved on.
But they chose to just toss in what they had and knew I wouldn’t be able to come back and ask since they were closing is what bothers me.
Staff were polite though during ordering and at the window.

Not from this area however I can to this popeyes & I’m shock to know the lady at the window was a manager. She was extremely rude, I had to repeat my self whenever she would grab my condiments & hand me my food she turned around and make funny faces also rolled her eyes at me. Another employee confirmed she was the manager & i was in disbelief. Her customer service was so rude & nonchalant. I would never go back here i didn’t even get my receipt & barely my drink. Don’t recommend. I hope the Day time manager makes a better difference to this place.

After ordering online and being told to pull into a parking spot., I walked inside 23 mins after I was told to wait. The lady who said she was doing “online orders and door dash orders” (her words) told me ny order just came up and said to me “I don’t think so” when I told her I had been waiting only 15 minutes for my order. I didn’t have an attitude, I didn’t ask for free food. I just asked if everything was okay, and if I could get an update on the order.
It seems the lady who told me to park didn’t tell her ( the Mobil order and door dash person) I was there to get my order. But her (Mobil order ladys) attitude was a no for me. The tenders are cooked, I think but they are hard to bite through..like they are not cooked but they are…very weird. Totally lost my appetite. I also got the 9 pieces chicken deal and received 4 wings and 1 breast. Crap service and crap food. I don’t want anything back, but I won’t be going back to Popeyes.

Impressed. The restaurant was clean, the service was great (great team), food tasted excellent. There was someone at the register to take our order, not like other fast food places (TB / McD) that forced you to order on the kiosk and just looked at you without asking you if you need any assistance. Great job, Popeyes. I’ll be coming back soon to this location.
