This review comes on a busy night, so keep that in mind

You wait to be seated, which wouldn’t be too big of an issue if the layout made it challenging for anyone to see people waiting. Outside of bar staff.

Frickles were crunchy and came out hot. Would probably get again.

The burger came out cold, in the sense it was sitting waiting to be picked up off the bar not in the sense it wasn’t cooked.

Everything is a la carte, so keep that in mind.

Had a fantastic meal in April with my hubby while we’re visiting Olympic national park. Back again and looking forward to dining here again! Came early in a Friday evening and sat at the bar.
Service, atmosphere was great!
We ordered the buffalo wings to share and had the clam chowder. Both hit the spot. Main course was Fish & Chips. The fish cold and the batter was still wet and gooey. Fries were undercooked. Totally a different dish from the time we ate in April!
I left the fish basket there and the fishy smell lingers… totally unacceptable. Oh! The bartender didn’t asked about my unconsumed food as the bar was getting super busy with Mariners-Blue Jays playoffs goung on. I was so disappointed I didn’t take any pics. Photos from the first visit…

It’s a shame that this is generally the best place in Port Angeles to eat. I try to dine at businesses 3 or more times before reviewing them. One dining experience, in my opinion, isn’t enough to get the full experience. The highlight here? The food is great, if you can get in. Expect to wait 40 minutes to an hour. Even if you just want to sit at the bar. The cocktails aren’t anything revolutionary, and the service is mediocre at best. I’m always wondering which vapid, revolving-door, blonde, college student-of-the-week I’ll get when I visit and plan to tip accordingly. You pay for good quality food here. “Overpriced” to me means the value and quality are improportionate to your dining experience. It’s a sentiment I disagree with in other reviews I see. I buy a round for the kitchen, and leave more jaded with humanity than I when entered, but at least I’m well-fed.

This spot has tonta of things on tap, local and afar. There is also a full bar and food menu. The food was good, we only tried appetizers. There are TVs for sports. The only con is that it is small. Not that many tables.

Food was excellent. Service was good at the beginning, but then they never brought us the check until we asked. Overall pricey but decent.

I really liked the vibes of this place. It has a mix of indoor and outdoor seating and very lively.
It’s very popular so there is quite a bit of waiting at peak hours. Put your name on the list and walk around.
We were a vegan and vegetarian group and found some dishes that worked for us.
The veggie burger and onion rings were amazing. The veggie taco was okay.
The tomato soup was delicious!
All the food was made fresh and piping hot

First visit and I was very impressed! Jessie was my waitress and she was excellent! I ordered the Ron Burgundy burger and was very happy with it. Delish! We also had the Pub dip with pepperjack cheese and jalapenos!! Can’t wait to try other items on the menu!

Excellent food and friendly staff! The Ron Burgandy Burger was excellent, and so were the truffle fries! We also ordered a chocolate cake for dessert which was very tasty.

We stopped by this cozy, stylish, and casual restaurant during our trip. The interior has a nice, open layout with bar seating, booths, tables, and a terrace. There are no dividing walls, which gives the space a unified and relaxed atmosphere.

It was quite popular and fully booked when we arrived, but we only had to wait about 30 minutes. They sent us a text when our table was ready, which was very convenient.

We ordered the chicken wings, a beef gyro, and the “Mrs. Newton” burger. The burger came with brie cheese, house-made jam, stout mustard, and arugula. The sweetness of the jam paired perfectly with the savory patty — absolutely delicious. The chicken wings were simply fried without sauce, and you can choose your own dipping sauce, which was a nice touch. The gyro can be made with either beef or chicken; we chose beef, and it was juicy and flavorful.

The drink menu was also very impressive. In addition to soft drinks, they offer a great selection of wine, beer, cocktails, and even mocktails. It’s a great option for those who don’t drink alcohol.

Overall, everything was fresh and tasty. A wonderful spot that I would definitely recommend – for families with kids too!
