We stopped here on Saturday after a day at Silver Dollar City. It was quite late but they have late night hours and they were pretty busy. We decided to order inside since the drive thru was backed up but when we went inside I was surprised they only had self serve kiosks to order at and there was a long wait for pickups too. The kiosks were a little tricky to use but once we placed our order I was surprised that even with the wait inside and in the drive thru the employees managed to get all the orders including ours out within 10-15 min. Our orders were fresh and correct except sauces were missing but we were able to get our own. The dining room was very spacious and pretty clean, and even the bathrooms were nice for a fast food restaurant. I would go back if we needed a late night meal again.

We haven’t eaten at Taco Bell for several years but after a long day and seeing a commercial we went…okay, let’s do it.
My Burrito Supreme was lukewarm and its tortilla was chewy. My first Chalupa was cold AND wet on one side (how?), the second Chalupa (pictured) was thin and chewy and absolute garbage. The Taco Supreme (pictured) was almost empty but at least it was hot I guess?
And we only got two napkins with this $37 bag of absolute mess.
No wonder people aren’t eating fast food nowadays, the quality is garbage and they’re charging sit-down restaurant prices.
But this was a great reminder for why we stopped eating at this chain. I will **NEVER** spend a dime at any Taco Bell ever again.

Had a 5 star experience at this location, while visiting. The food was fresh, the drinks were strong, as if the filter had just been cleaned, we received plenty of fire sauce, and food tasted really good! Thank you!

This is the cleanest, nicest and quickest fast food place I’ve ever been to. These bad comments should all be void. All the girls here have a smile on their face no matter what time of day it is! All the guys are very polite and respectful. No issues EVER in the three years I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell.

For how expensive these nacho fries have gotten I’m really disappointed. They were either old or burnt, and barely half way filled up. Haven’t been to this location in a while and will NOT be back!

Visited this Taco Bell on Saturday 12/7/25. We place our order. I had a nacho bell grande with extra cheese. And a new (burrito Can’t recall the name). The nacho container was half filled with mostly crumbs of the chips. And no extra cheese.
I took it back to counter and asked for a replacement. I explain what the problem was and requested another. They reluctantly took the nacho back, I heard one of the guys make the statement “ this is not your mommas kitchen “.
A few minutes later I received the second nacho which had three complete chips and the rest was crumbs, hardly any toppings …“less than the first”. I didn’t say anything further but I was MAD at this point. We ate what was edible and left. If these were my employees they would be terminated!!!!! They need people skills in a serious way and, have a better attitude when trying to resolve issues.
I would not recommend eating at this location. You will not get what you pay for…!!!

We are here now. It is 1231. I have watched these team members work diligently to get our orders out to us with three people back there. The lady has said sorry for your wait to each person. But she doesn’t realize they are rocking it out and I’m very appreciative of them. The guy was nice that gave me my receipt from where I paid at the kiosk but it didn’t have the option to print. He said they’ve been really busy like this for the last three hours so I can imagine they will be beat and ready for bed when they get off!! We just left the Hozier concert and came here. It is so packed outside and inside. The lady I spoke of is Tamra and the guy’s name is Zach. John is on the line as well. Two ladies left work when we pulled up so they have Tamra and John on the line and Zach at drive through. They are killing it.

This is a typical Taco Bell which, in my case, means that they smashed the top of my Mexican pizza by piling the other stuff on top of it. The food was typical, too, but in this case that’s good. We like the food or we’d never be back. The service was prompt & accurate, other than the whole crushing my Mexican pizza thing.

They are rude as hell here especially the dyed blonde hair girl in the drive thru Werth the nose ring will just be rude to you because I couldn’t find my receipt for the food I got yesterday an they barely put any meat in the hard tacos an the chicken quesadilla has hardly any chicken or cheeses in it it’s mostly just a to that’s been toasted almost we’ll post pictures.We’ll never go back to this place again
