This place did not disappoint. Had to get the El Trompo burrito and the chicken steak shrimp and chorizo were very flavorful smothered in queso.
The guacamole we shared at the table was very fresh and delicious.
The 24oz modelo came in a frosted mug and I was delighted to see the beer teetering a fine line between a liquid and solid state of matter as the beer was just slightly frozen upon arrival. Pure magic.
My MIL ordered a mango marg and it looked really good. She asked for a free refill which I thought was in bad taste but sure enough the professional waiter delivered. My legendary FIL picked up the tab and I’ll never know if she was charged for it or not. Some things are better left unanswered.
10/10 would go back. The picture attached doesn’t show anything but it does tell a story.

We had a great experience at this El Trompo grill Mexican Mason restaurant! The chicken poblano was absolutely delicious, tender, flavorful chicken with a rich, creamy poblano sauce that had just the right balance of spice and smokiness. It was clearly freshly prepared and beautifully presented.
The chicken burrito filled, perfectly seasoned, and wrapped tight, and the portion size was very satisfying.
We also ordered a kids meal, and it was simple, tasty, and kid-friendly.
Overall, the food was flavorful, portions were generous, and the experience was wonderful!

Food, drinks, atmosphere, staff and price were 10/10!!!! You have to come here of you are visiting for Kings Island! It is amazing. Paty served us and she was the best!

Very impressed with the service and the food variety. My kids and I came to Kings Island and decided to stop by for dinner… it was so good we decided to come back the next day for lunch. It did not disappoint. Be ready to try different dishes!!

We got the MOLCAJETE and the EL TROMPO BURRITO as well as the Tres Leches Cake and it no doubt was absolutely amazing!!!! Jesus was our server and was a rock star!!! Definitely recommend

We just tried this Mexican restaurant this week for the first time and found ourselves bringing the whole family back the same week! Great margaritas, delicious food, and allergy friendly for those that need it. Plus a special appearance from a dancing robot! Ask for Jesus to serve your table!
